OKG is a GEM! We worked with them to design a custom engagement ring and it was a perfect balance of them listening to our wants but also providing their expertise without being pushy or upselling. They were transparent about the whole process, worked quickly, and involved us at every step, but of course when it was time to keep the finalized ring a secret from me (so my fiance could propose at a surprise time and place), they made sure I was surprised! Everyone working there is so friendly, kind, patient and sweet, and I am *beyond happy* with my ring!
