Andy did an amazing job getting our boiler up and running today. Besides being a consummate professional (there's an ease about somebody who is a master of their craft), he is a teacher at heart to boot. All my questions were answered plainly and with great care, and our boiler was back in business in under an hour. Can't recommend highly enough.
My boiler broke as soon as I bought a new house in East Meadow. I called up OilLex and Andrew came and fixed my boiler. He knew exactly what to do and even showed me what happened and what part needed replacement. If you’re looking for an experienced boiler company, Oilex is the way to go! As of February twenty sixth 2026 Thursday evening I realized I had run out of oil and my boiler wouldn’t pump heat and my hot water wasn’t hot. I placed a call to OILEX for a delivery and I was able to receive it the following day. I assumed that my system would work as usual, but I was unaware that it would need to be primed to release air in the lines. I called back Friday morning and was told that a service technician could come Saturday. I was amazed. I thought I was going to have to wait longer. Having not been able to shower for two days was awful and I thought it would be worse, but I was pleasantly surprised. Andrew the technician arrived just after noon on Saturday and greeted me with a smile and assured me that he would have me up and running quickly. He was very professional courteous and knowledgeable. He primed the system and had it running smoothly well within an hour’s time. After meeting Andrew and watching him work, I would recommend OILEX for both fuel and system service. The price was also excellent for both fuel and the service call. Thank you for the help in what was a small emergency in my life.
Wowza……..A lovely man, polite, kind, handsome gentleman just delivered oil to my house for the first time!!! Outstanding person!!! Right in the middle of the worst cold snap New York has seen in years, my boiler crapped out and the company I’d been using for years told me they were too busy and couldn’t help me. I figured I’d try Oilex since I’ve been buying my oil from them for years. I figured it was a long shot since they’re probably swamped with calls like everybody else. On top of that, I had been kind of a dick to the boss on the phone a couple of weeks earlie.
I was absolutely astonished when Andrew, the owner, told me they’d be over first thing the next morning. I was even more surprised when the tech arrived and it was Andrew himself!
Within a half hour, he had my boiler running better than it ever has, and he couldn’t have been any nicer.
I learned 2 things….dont be a dick because you might need that guys help and I should have been dealing with Oilex all along.

Good Day things has changed since I been using this oil company I have never been so disrespected by a company. I called to purchase oil and was wondering why the guy was being so rude from the beginning of the conversation didn’t even greet when answering the phone so I ask is it possible to get oil today he said well I can squeeze you in and it will be additional charge of $75 I said I have order from you before an didn’t have to pay additional charges he said that’s what it is think about it and call back next thing I know he hung up the phone. I call back right away and I asked him why you’re being so rude today. The last time I spoke to you were very nice. He said oh you have me confused. My name is Peter. I am not Andrew the owner. I don’t have patience so in my mind I’m like why would you want to have someone that don’t have patience answering the phones long story short I paid the additional $75 And I did call the following week to speak to the owner. I never got a call back. I did speak to a pleasant woman. I believe her name was Rose. She said that the same gentleman that works there does have an attitude problem again I would say someone that’s unpleasant or doesn’t know how to deal with customers he should not be answering the phones because now you lost a valuable. Leaving very unhappy
Andy was great and personable. Came in .. got my by furnace running again .. and even gave me a lesson on how to maintain it going forward.

I had a problem with my oil tank. Mr Losquadro came in today fix the problem in a small amount of time. Great job

I have to say i called this company I spoke with a guy name Andrew first time I told him I don’t have any heating oil an I need it in the next 2 t 3 hours he immediately took my information and I got oil in 3 hours this will make me a customer of this company

Just recently found this company on google after dealing with petro. Recommended above highly. Andrew the Technician just worked on my oil burner compelled me even more to this company. Professional, precise and knowledgeable along with assisting me in direction on protecting my burner. Along with making me laugh. You don’t get this kind of service at all from many companies that just want your dollars.. I gave Andrew and Oilex a 10 out of 10
