Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The facility is beautiful and well kept, you can tell they take a lot of pride in it. Mimi was incredibly professional, kind, and accommodating throughout our experience and ensured our time there was completely stress free. The level of customer service alone makes this spa stand out. It may be a little pricey, but the quality of service, welcoming atmosphere, and overall experience made it completely worth it.
I was lucky enough to visit the spa on May 1 for a facial with Stephanie. I knew from the moment the gates swung open as we drove through the beautiful property that I was in for a treat. The spa and amenities are amazing - clean, well appointed, and relaxing. After using the amenities Stephanie called me in to my facial. It was so relaxing and I definitely reached a complete state of relaxation. My skin is glowing and I am already looking forward to my next visit!

Clinton, the manager, is absolutely top notch. He goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and completely relaxed. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality set the tone for the entire spa experience. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it shows in every interaction.
Mimi, his associate, was equally wonderful—professional, kind, and attentive. Together, they create an atmosphere that feels both elevated and personal, which is rare to find.
If you’re looking for a spa day that delivers not just on services but on true hospitality, this is the place. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind and be treated exceptionally well.
I had the most amazing spa day from start to finish! Everything was perfect—from a relaxing girls day to enjoying the beautiful outdoor area and jacuzzi. The atmosphere was so peaceful and calming, exactly what you want when you’re trying to unwind.
The highlight was definitely the massage—hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. It was incredibly relaxing and left me feeling completely refreshed. Every detail was thoughtful, and the entire experience felt luxurious and serene.

My wife and I had the pleasure to celebrate her birthday at The Hilltop Spa at The Preserve. The staff was out of this world amazing! From the booking to after treats, they made the process so special. The treatments were perfect and the food was delicious. The Women at the front desk was amazing and made the day so special. The review on Forbes magazine is spot on and this is an excellent place to come to relax and enjoy the beautiful views and amazing accommodations.
I had the pleasure of visiting the Hilltop Spa at the Preserve this past Sunday and what a wonderful experience it was! The staff there were so attentive and courteous. I was part of a large group, which I know can be hectic for the staff, but they made us all feel welcome and at ease. The spa provides all the expected amenities including robe, towels, slippers and a toiletry package for all the essentials you may have forgotten to pack. The spa itself was clean, elegant and exactly what you want for a relaxing get away. There are light refreshments including a large variety of hot teas and infused waters as well as snack mixes and fresh fruit.
We used all the hot tubs, saunas and steam rooms, but were not daring enough to try the cold dunk shower, (maybe next time). We did sit outside in the cold by the infinity pool for a few minutes to cool off. I am looking forward to coming back this summer to swim in that beautiful pool overlooking the wooded preserve.
The staff were so incredibly kind to us, that I feel they deserve a special shout out. Cailyn and Aela helped us find where to go when we got there and Lyndsey is just an incredible massage therapist. Mimi at the desk was so helpful in getting us acquainted with the spa itself. I can't wait to come back to visit again.
They have truly gifted massage therapists that work to reenergize your mind body and spirit. The location is tranquil and a true reflection of Rhode Island’s beautiful woodlands. It is worth every penny. I’m grateful for this hidden gem. Thank you!
Had a wonderful and pleasant experience at the spa. It was clean, all of the employees were accommodating and the property is gorgeous. Would 100% come back and book more services at the spa.
