Lance has inspected our roof annually for the last 8 years. He found the product had failed prematurely and took all the steps with the manufacturer for a full replacement at no cost to us, thank you. Kyle was in constant contact with us about schedule, weather, and deliveries. The install crew cleaned up after each day and completed our punch list items before the end of the job. Joe did his final walkthrough the following day and verified that we were satisfied. We even had the gutters and downspouts replaced with Buckeye. Exceptional job Buckeye Roofing!
Couldn't be happier with how our roof and gutters turned out! Buckeye exceeded our expectations. We had 4 layers of shingles which the 4th layer came to a surprise but they did a wonderful job! Huge difference and we are loving our new roof and gutters! The entire crew was kind, professional and did an amazing clean up job. They made sure no nail was left behind. Which was super important because we have young kids and dog. So thankful for all their hard work!

Very happy with work done. They came and installed the roof in one day. Cleaned up after done and came back next day to clean up again. I think it was a couple days later someone else came out to inspect the work and cleaned up again. Everyone is very friendly and would highly recommend.

Buckeye Roofing & Exteriors completed our roof replacement yesterday. After several estimates we had Lance come by. I wish now we had called him first. Best price by far and now that the work is done, you can believe ALL the great reviews. When they were done, the only way of knowing they had been here, other than the brand new beautiful roof, was the sign in the front yard. From the design help with the Black Sable shingles and black drip rail to the clean up, we couldn't ask for anything better! Communication, professionalism and the entire crew were great. We are very happy with our roof from Buckeye Roofing. It was a smooth transaction from start to finish. All employees were so helpful. Replacing a roof is a big investment. Lance, Jeff, Kyle Joe and their office assistant were wonderful and patient. We can't say enough good about the crew who worked on our roof. They were meticulous, knowledgeable, hardworking and efficient in their work. They were so respectful of our home, and cared about us being pleased with it.
We liked how Lance sat down with us and explained everything. Then Joe was just onsite the morning the work began. Kyle was great with communication on when the crew would start the work and what was needed on our end, and what to expect. And then Jeff worked with us regarding payment and so forth. Just all around organized and great communication. Answered every question we had.
After the work was done, with the exception of having a new roof of course, you couldn't tell by looking at our lawn and landscaping. The crew cleaned up impeccably. Not one piece of tear off was laying in our yard.
