This was our first ride with this company. It was wonderful. The car and the driver were terrific. This was a 4:45am pickup and the driver was very alert and safe. Not like an Uber ride I had last year. I will be using OHare Express from now on!

Heading to a Wedding in the Loop from the Far Northwest Suburbs, our group of 9 elected to use O’Hare Limo Express. We had the most courteous driver, Benjamin. He assisted in safely getting us in and out of the Limo. Skillfully navigated the heavy traffic in Chicago. We received notification texts before our pickups. We would certainly not hesitate to use O’Hare Limo Express in the future. Thank you again Benjamin, our driver and Alfred our Dispatcher.

We used O'Hare Limo Express for the first time to take our family of 6 adults to and from O'Hare from Algonquin in early October. I called around and this company was the most reasonable. In addition, our reservation was handled by a very friendly person over the phone and the few changes/questions I had were handled promptly and efficiently., Our driver, Cristian, was great. He communicated well, was punctual, very helpful with our luggage and an attentive driver. I highly recommend this service and we will use them anytime we need transportation to the airport.

Alfred and team are amazing! Better than any cab or ride share service. He is my personal driver for all trips to O’Hare and I have referred him to other friends who are also thrilled. He is prompt, professional, reliable, safe, customer first service, and he even waits when your flights are delayed or lines up another driver. This service is SEAMLESS. The car is always spotless, immaculately clean inside and a chilled bottle of water waiting. Traveling alone as a woman, I feel 1000% safe. Highly recommend!
Alfred is in a class all in his own. Super prompt in responding, always on time, and very kind with a clean and nice car. I would use O’Hare Limo Express anytime I need a ride for a trip. He is the best!

The driver was great and funny. He took care of all our bags and was willing to help my mother out of the car. He even offered to push her wheelchair. The world needs more people like him.
