Initially was disappointed until I learnt the reason for my order delay was from DHL who probably misplaced my order. Impressive customer service. I got refunded in full with an apology. I will still patronise them. Na we we..💪🏿👌

Upon receiving your complaint, we immediately investigated the issue with our shipping partner, DHL. As shown in the screenshot sent to you via WhatsApp, your item was shipped on the 10th, the day after your order, which aligns with our next working day delivery policy. The tracking information provided to you also confirms this. Unfortunately, the delay occurred on DHL’s end, which is beyond our control.
To make amends for the inconvenience caused, we have refunded part of your delivery fee and have been in constant communication with DHL to address the situation. We have also kept you updated with all relevant information via WhatsApp, including DHL’s updates.
As of 18/12/2024, we have issued a full refund to you. This was a rare and unforeseen occurrence, and we will continue to work with DHL to ensure such issues are minimised in the future.

On vacation in the UK and staying with my younger sister and her family in Stoke-On-Trent. We needed to shop for African groceries and we went here. Store is neat and tidy and they had everything we needed and more. The Store Manager was so very nice, helpful and friendly. We got our money's worth. Thank you.

10/10 for cleanliness, very clean and tidy store
More expensive than other African stores but I do find myself returning as the store is clean and tidy. It would be nice if they had a rewarding loyalty scheme for frequent customers. Apparently they have some offers but I hardly encountered any.
