He's very knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything thoroughly. He was on time, professional...yet quick! They inspected everything while installing our new torsion springs, presented the report to us and were not one bit pushy. Very happy with this local company!
Couldn't be happier. We were having issues with out old opener which turned out to be the lift spring. Conner came out and helped with it when it finally snapped. After the repair, he showed me how to care for the new spring and rollers. A little while later, after a power outage knocked out the opener altogether, we had Conner back out to install a new unit. He helped pick the right unit for our garage, got everything installed and set up, and showed my wife and I how to care for everything. The new opener is smooth and quite. We highly recommend CR Garage Doors; they are definitely on our short list. Thanks Conner!
Chase helped me set an appointment at our earliest convenience and Connor was our technician. They were both prompt, professional, and overall good people. Connor took into account all of our unique needs and walked us through each step that needed to happen with clear communication. Great business and great team.
Conner came over the same day I backed out into our garage. He opened it so we could get our cars out to take our kids to their classes, explained out options, added new parts, fixed the dent, demonstrated that it worked, and asked if we had any questions about anything before he left. He was professional, helpful, and not judgemental!
Will and Ryan did an outstanding job. Their garage door replacement was timely and they did a great job. The new door looks great, sealed perfectly on the outside and we’re really happy overall with the entire CR Garage Door experience. Highly recommend
Lovely people to work with. We knew we were going to have to replace our garage door but we were waiting it out a bit. Unfortunately we had a little accident with the door which created more of an emergency situation. I decided to reach out to CR Garage Doors because they were on the list of recommended vendors for garage door repair in our neighborhood. They were able to get someone out here the same day (weekend) and we ended up deciding to just invest in a new door instead of trying to repair the VERY old door we had that we knew we would have to replace in the near future nonetheless. Since we wanted a quick turn around, we had agreed to receiving a white door that we would paint if they couldn’t find the one we wanted in the right color quickly. They got us the door we wanted and installed it 2 days later! We are so glad that we went with this team for our garage needs. A special shoutout to Will on the install and making the door look perfect on our new home 🫶🏽
CR Garage Doors would not give me an invoices for $1370 repair On Nov 7th 2025 of which I paid through the credit card in good faith waiting for a copy of invoice. I have called twice and wrote a letter dated Dec 5th 2025. To this date I have not received a copy of invoice.

I very highly recommend CR Garage Doors for any and all services they provide. It all started with Cooper coming on an emergency call to temporarily fix my broken garage door. A new door was ordered which was installed by Will and his partner. They did a very thorough job and explained everything to me. All three of the service techs were most courteous and polite.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Connor provided our garage door repair, and we could not be more pleased. We got an appointment quickly! He showed up on time for the appointment, was very communicative throughout the process and did not force any unnecessary repairs. He advised us about potential scams with warranty companies, and made us feel very comfortable with CR Garage Doors as our service provider. He was funny and did not mind our dogs coming out to say hello! We feel very confident about the pricing for our service and that we know how to keep things running smoothly for a long time to come.
