Advertised as a service in Singapore for Australians. Run out of a Hong Kong Office. An expensive alternative to an Australian Tax Agent. I found it difficult with the lack of communication, often having to chase them for an update after weeks of radio silence. I eventually called the ATO to seek clarification, and the ATO suggested that the way they had undertaken the tax return was not correct. Unfortunately, I will not be using them again.
