I almost sold my old house when I moved in July, but decided to rent it out instead. My biggest worries were finding a renter fast and making sure they’d take good care of the place and pay on time. I went with Good Life because of all the great reviews, and I’m so glad I did. They had my home listed on all the main sites within a week, and after one weekend of showings, there were multiple applicants. They handled everything from start to finish and made the process super easy. We had a signed lease just a few days later and the new tenants moved in shortly after. The whole thing was smooth, stress-free, and gave me a ton of peace of mind. I’m really glad I decided to rent instead of sell, and my future self I'm sure will be even more pumped about the decision.
