Impressive customer service
I am new to moving and shopping around for a new home has been hell with plenty promises to call back and nothing. I called and got Chaneece on the phone and boy oh boy the customer service blew me away. She not only helped us, but she provided us with a medium to reach her by with follow up questions.

.I don't have to decode maintenance reports on my property because I get a real person emailing me and handling things intelligently, all with respect and gentleness towards my tenants. I almost sold my old house when I moved in July, but decided to rent it out instead. My biggest worries were finding a renter fast and making sure they’d take good care of the place and pay on time.
