My surgeon recommend Oceanside PT and no where else and now that I am post-op, I completely understand why. From the very beginning, I have felt confident that I am in excellent hands. Their expertise particularly with hip injuries and hip labral repairs is exceptional and not easy to find. I am incredibly grateful to have such a knowledgeable team guiding me through my recovery, Alex & Brayn in particular have been genuinely personable, compassionate, and kind, which makes the rehab process even more positive.

I've been to so many physical therapists over the years and Bryan, Sierra and the team here at Oceanside physical therapy are the best that I've found. I drive an hour and 15 minutes just to go to them because it's worth it. They have all the equipment, care, and knowledge to get you back on your feet.

It couldn't be better I cannot recommend Oceanside PT any higher, if I could, I'd give it ten stars. I worked with Cristin, the owner of the practice and she was wonderful. I got my appointments in a timely manner and all of my problems were addressed. Cristin truly listened, she helped me get my body back to where I wanted it, she had all kinds of ideas for all the little problems I was having due to past issues. Her knowledge and her listening ability were phenomenal. All my sessions were first rate.

I think just 5 stars is not enough. I can’t say enough amazing things about Oceanside Physical Therapy and especially my therapist : Dr. Minacshee. She is truly the best therapist I could ever ask for – so caring, patient, and understanding. She genuinely cares about her patients well-being and recovery, and thanks to her, I’ve not only found relief from my pains and physical issues, but I feel like I’ve gotten my quality of life back. I honestly don’t think I could have found anyone better, or any other place that compares – not just in this area, but anywhere. On top of that, the entire staff here is wonderful. From the front desk receptionist Bella, to the other physical therapists, everyone makes me feel so welcome and comfortable. It truly feels like a little family every time I walk in. Oceanside Physical Therapy has been such a blessing, and I’m so grateful for Dr. Minacshee and what she’s done for me!

I have had an amazing experience at Oceanside PT after undergoing a PAO and labrum repair and definitely recommend coming here for all PT needs. Bryan, Gabbie, Kaitlyn, Minacshee, CJ, and Bella made my recovery much more tolerable and I couldn’t imagine going through this without them. They supported me both physically and emotionally and I looked forward to my visits every week. I felt well taken care of and Bryan is super knowledgeable about the PT for the PAO as he wrote the protocol himself so I knew I was in good hands! Not many places have the Alter G or shockwave therapy and these have helped my recovery tremendously. Thank you to the team at Oceanside, you’ve truly made a difference in my life during this difficult time post-op :)

wonderful center, I started treatment at the facility after a traumatic leg break. Minacshee is amazing, she helped me with my recovery and is extremely sweet. She took great care of me and walked me through helpful exercises leading to a return in full range of motion. When I first started, I was in a wheelchair and now I am walking normally again, I am so thankful for Minachee I couldn't have done it without her. Brian is also very helpful; I would recommend the center entirely.
