Five star service as usual from all the staff at Obsidian , had my Dell computer quite a few years now ( purchased from Obsidian) .
Whenever a problem has arisen i have been able to contact the support team very easily + have had any problems sorted without any fuss . Their knowledge is first class , called yesterday 15/04.2025 as my computer had crashed . Tom advised me to drop it off at their offices . Within a couple of hours it had been fixed + i picked it back up today . Extremely reasonably priced , can not thank them enough . Would not hesitate to recommend this company top class
I came to Obsidian Networks because I needed a check-up for my MacBook and a good antivirus program. As a corporate photographer, I cannot afford to lose any data or photographs. We arranged an appointment over the phone, and upon my arrival, one of the support team members, Tom, greeted me at the entrance. He listened to my needs, found a solution, and reviewed my laptop. The antivirus program was already prepared, so the installation went very smoothly.
No matter how big the business, there is always a need for IT support services. Thank you for taking my case seriously and addressing my needs, even though they weren't large.
