Lol After taking my vehicle to a local garage for repairs and everytime I went in for the known issue it was something else they would fix and not the issue it originally went in for. After spending over $1900.00 with this garage and a new estimate for a new issue of $1,000.00!!! I decided to get a 2nd opinion! Thats when I was given Garys information from a friend . I let Gary know my issue. Gary and his team dug into the electrical stuff and eliminated things step by step until he found it was a blown fuse for under $13.00! Gary truly looks out for his customers and is a blessing. If you need a new mechanic, look no further then O'Brian Automotive. You have been absolutely amazing. THANK YOU!!!!
We pulled into town with a 35 year old camper running on 3 of its 6 cylinders after a 5 hour drive. The following morning we found that the garages capable of the type of repairs we would most likely need, were booked through the following week. But Gary offered to have a look at our vehicle and see what he could do. After a half hour of diagnosis, he determined that 3 of the 6 injectors needed replacing along with a fuel filter plugged with rust from the fuel tank. He found parts at a local salvage yard and in spite of a full schedule was able to have us on the road by days end. We're grateful for his willingness to help.

I am not happy with their service. I have BMW X3 and I gave my car to them to address the TPMS alert I was getting. I called them prior and asked them if they will be able to do something about it as it is a BMW. I wanted to avoid going to appleton dealer due to time constraint and weather issues in central wisconsin. After confirming that they will be able to help me I dropped my car with them. They were unable to fix the TPMS issue and at the end of the day I was charged about USD 550 for oil change, running diagnostics and changing my wheel locks to regular lug nuts as they were jammed. Anyways not happy with the service. I will not recommend this place due to high cost.

It's been a couple of years since we've had the pleasure of doing business with O'briens automotive, but we still haven't forgotten the excellent service we got, or the commendable way the owner went above and beyond the call to help us in a desperate time of need.
We had broken down with a flat tire...no, not just flat, totally blown tire out in the middle of nowhere....at least 20 miles from the nearest town. It was nearly 6pm at night, and everyone we tried to call for help was either closed or about to closed and told us they could offer us no assistance at all. A tow would do us no good because there was nowhere they could take us to that would be able to replace our tire until the next day. We finally came down the list in the yellow pages to O'briens and our plaintive cries were answered by an amazing man. Even though he was closing shop for the day, he still offered to give us some help, and help he did. He not only came and got us with his own tow truck, but he towed us to his garage over 20 miles away, he found us two tires for our van (since another one had suffered collateral damage from the blow out from the first and hadn't been in top shape to begin with), took both old tires off our rims, SANDED THE RUST OFF OUR RIMS AND CLEANED THEM (yes, while closed and above all else he was already doing...and for free no less) put the new tires on, and gave us an amazing discounted price for it all. Way, way less than we would have paid for the services separately from different businesses (and yes, they were brand new tires). And may I point out again he did this all AFTER business hours?? And charged us no extra at ALL for having to stay after business hours to provide these services?? He wound up being there 2 1/2 hours after he was set to close that night, all to help out two desperate souls who would have been lost and stranded for sure without his incredible kindness.
We would recommend O'briens to anyone looking for great service at a great price, and for the extra special gift of knowing the owner is one of those rare gems who will go out of his way to be a damn good samaritan and provide help above and beyond the boundaries of good business. If you happen to stop in, you can let him know his good deeds have never been, nor ever will be forgotten by two very grateful customers.
