Miss Simmi, the supervisor, was wonderful to deal with — friendly, responsive, kind, and always so helpful. Her warmth and professionalism immediately stood out and made us feel confident that our daughter was in good hands.
Our daughter had an incredibly positive experience there and truly loved going each day. Her teachers in the infant room were attentive, knowledgeable, nurturing, and consistently joyful in the way they cared for her. They created an environment where she felt safe, loved, and happy, and as parents, that meant everything to us. There were many moments when it genuinely felt like they cared for her as if she were their own.
The WatchMeGrow and Brightwheel apps were another part of what made our experience so positive. As a first-time mother, those updates, photos, and daily communication brought so much comfort and peace of mind during a stage of life that can feel both beautiful and overwhelming.
A special thank you to Miss Dana, Miss April, and Miss Rose, who provided truly exceptional care. Their warmth, love, and dedication were felt every single day, and we are so grateful they were part of our daughter’s earliest memories and milestones.
We also cherished all of the arts and crafts she brought home — beautiful little keepsakes that captured such a precious season of her life and gave us memories we will treasure forever.

Going back to work after being home with my son for over a year and dropping him off to a group of strangers was terrifying to say the least. Finding this place was such a blessing in our lives. When my son first started he was just as terrified as me and he was greeted with open arms. In a short period of time became so comfortable with his teachers. Miss Muskan, Miss Bianca, Miss Simran and Miss Nicole, I cannot thank you all enough for taking care of him as well as you did and giving me the reassurance that he was in good hands. I would recommend this daycare 1000 x over.

I can't express enough how amazing Open Arms Nursery is, we only spent a year here, but in that year our daughter has grown from the junior toddler room to the preschool room and has flourished and learned so much. The teachers are extremely caring ,nurturing and extremely pleasant. All the classrooms are clean and organized. Plus having access to cameras and updates throughout the day in the app was such a great bonus. Definitely recommend this daycare. Thank you again to all the teachers that were a part of our daughters journey during her time there!

We had the best 4.5 years with Open Arms Nursery. The care our son got felt like family. My son still asks about Ms. Dana, Ms. April, Ms. Jessica and his favorite teacher, Ms. Marissa. The classroom and facility is very clean, bright and beautiful. The school always made sure to personalize our son’s experience for the right stage of learning for him. We started when our son was in infant in the infant classroom and we stayed through the preschool classroom. He is now prepared for Junior Kindergarten and learned a lot both academically and socially. Meals and snacks are healthy and good variety. We also loved the communication and camera access, providing extra transparency. Overall, I would highly recommend Open Arms Nursery.

I don’t even know where to start… we found open arms preschool at the perfect time, and all the teachers instantly became family. Ms Ragheda was pinnacle to our son adapting to a new environment at 30 months old, Miss Zoya quickly became his bestie, and Miss Amanda, Miss Kaitlin, and Miss Yachna provided endless love and support! All with the guidance of Miss Anita, who does an amazing job running a beautiful and loving preschool & nursery! We loved being apart of the Open Arms family so much that even when we moved 40 minutes away, we still stayed to continue our journey together with the teachers who brought so much joy into our lives up until it was graduation and off to kindergarten. We immensely appreciate all of you, and I’m sure I have missed some names. The amount of growth we’ve seen in our son is amazing, through the support and education you have provided, I’ll forever be grateful. We miss you and love you always!! Also, Miss Jan makes the best lunches and snacks!!

An overall exceptional experience for my little one during his time at Open Arms. A smaller centre with the most caring and nurturing teachers! There was never a day that we weren’t greeted and welcomed with smiles and excitement. It was very evident during our time here that each teacher personally took the time to get to know my son to encourage his learning and support his independence. We loved that food is prepared onsite, nutritious and diverse. Outdoor play area is well maintained, sheltered from the road and very spacious.
Communication was always seamless and prompt. Whether it was reminders, questions or concerns they were always on top of it all. My husband and I both appreciated the use of the real-time app and live-stream.
All in all, this preschool makes the effort to make all the families apart of their family and make each child feel celebrated and cared for each and every day. Our son learned so much and developed many friendships here in the hands of an amazing preschool family!

A truly wonderful daycare, with caring educators and ratios you will be hard pressed to find anywhere else. The place is very clean and there’s lots of different activities. The playground for preschool & senior toddler provides great shade in the summer. What fabulous things can I say about Open Arms that's not already said?! Ok, lemme try... lol.
My hubs was originally not interested in putting our little dude Isaac in daycare. I somehow got him to agree to checking this place out. So, we brought Isaac along to meet with Miss Anita.
First impressions: clean, tidy, welcoming, staff were super nice, very calm atmosphere, Isaac made himself at home without skipping a beat, and gosh, ALL the toddlers were super well-behaved at story time! I was impressed. Next surprise came when after we got home, my hubs was practically convincing me back that Isaac should go there!! Lol!
And are we ever grateful. Isaac has ADORED everyone and everything at Open Arms for the past 2 years!!
I can't think of a day, the staff doesn't greet us with a big smile and a warm heart. I love that they get healthy meals, made on-site daily. I love how their app gives us regular updates on everything, from when he potties, to how well he's eating, to nap times, to pictures of his activities, etc. I love having the option of seeing him on a secure live-feed, especially during those early days when we didn't know how he was adjusting. I love how well they communicate with parents, and how responsive they are should an issue arise.
I love their fun and shaded outdoor yard, which is also away from traffic and car exhaust. I love that they go on safe walks around the neighbourhood. I love the special days they do, such as beach day & PJs day. I love how he's learned to pick up his toys, his routines in doing various tasks, and his love of exploring. I love how the staff so lovingly interacts with the kids, and just as importantly, how kind they are to one another.
Truly, only great things to share. You ladies have something incredible going on.

My little one has been attending Open Arms since it first opened, and loves every day spent here. The teachers are so warm and caring. The space is always super clean and very well taken care of. The outdoor space is safe and fun for the kids. The meals are very well-balanced and healthy. I love that they have the camera and app which allows us to check-in throughout the day and also get many updates. I am so happy we found this place!!

Have only been here a few months but so far so good. The teachers and staff are friendly and take the time to get to know each family. The facility is clean and well kept, has a nice outdoor area for the kids and is easy to navigate. My child looks forward to attending daycare each day. They have a great camera system so you can keep an eye on your little one as well as an app to communicate with the teachers and get status updates throughout the day. Happy we were able to get a spot here.

Romina is exceptionally kind and easy to speak with. We had a great experience meeting her and seeing the beautifully renovated facility. From the bathrooms to kitchens to natural wood toys and furniture, we were greatly impressed with the facility !
Fast forward a year later and we are still in love with this centre !! Muskan, Amrit, Miss K, Bianca, Rebeca, and the rest of the crew even the on site chef all show our kids so much love every day. We are thankful to have found such a great place and appreciate how much they keep us connected to our kids even while we are at work.
