I hate that I have to post this anonymously but I still have to be treated by the office. I have no issues with the doctors or main staff, they take amazing care of me, but having to deal with the office manager is a nightmare. I dread when I call in and she answers. She is rude and short and dismissive. She is not any better in person. Seems like she enjoys having authority and thinks that passes along the the patients as well as the staff there. I have heard her talk to them poorly also. Dr. Capilano, Matt and even Rick are great and the rest of the staff is spot on and amazing. Dealing with patients and people is not for her!!!

Dr Gamez is very knowledgeable and takes care to provide accurate information.
