Communication is great, and they make everything so easy and convenient. You can tell they genuinely care about providing good service. Oakley Sanitation has responded quickly to requests for pickups of old furniture and other items, usually answering within hours at most. They hauled the items away for a very fair price. Their regular trash and recycling pickups have been perfectly dependable, and priced fairly. All of their associates have been very professional and helpful -- a shoutout here to Lynn, Tyler, Ranley and Fred in particular. Thanks, guys.

We’re impressed. Not only is their pricing fair, but they have never missed a pickup. Pickup is the same time each week and reminder texts are sent out the day before, which is incredibly helpful. Customer service is fantastic.

I"m really impressed with everyone at Oakley Sanitation! Not only do they do a great job picking up our trash, they're really downright nice people!! Every time I have had to call (because we sometimes forget to bring our bins out in time), they are friendly and super considerate and helpful. They've come back just for us. We've been customers for years now and really appreciate this company's reliability, and how they go the extra mile. We have 2 cans and a recycling can. One time we forgot to take the cans down and the guys picked them up from in front of the garage. They run like clockwork and leave the pickup area neat. I also noticed that they do community road cleanups in our area. The only thing I would request to change is for recycling to be weekly. Love doing business with a company that resides in my community.

Oakley Sanitation has been hands down the best trash service we’ve had. They’re honest, upfront, and communicate incredibly well with reminders, updates, and check-ins. You can genuinely tell they care about their customers. Before we left for vacation, I left our trash cans halfway down the driveway so they wouldn’t be sitting at the road for nearly a week. Without being asked, they brought them all the way back up to the house after pickup. Most companies would have simply emptied them and moved on, but that extra bit of care speaks volumes. After dealing with other companies that lacked communication, and another that let someone else cancel my account and then wanting to charge me to reopen it. Working with Oakley has been a breath of fresh air. They may cost a couple of dollars more, but the service and peace of mind are worth every penny. I dont hesitate to recommend them.

This is the best sanitation company I have had in almost 30 years in NC. Office staff is very friendly and polite. Trucks pick up on time and a quiet. And the best part is the weekly reminders! If you are looking for a new sanitation company I would highly reccomend Oakley Sanitation!

Oakley is the best trash pickup service we have ever had. I never had to worry if they would be there on pick up day. The communication on route changes over holidays is clear and always followed. Their pricing is very fair and better than others in our service area. Thank you for the excellent customer service and pick up service. I highly recommend Oakley!

Been with Oakley for quite a few years. Never had any problems with their services and they were always available to answer questions. They also communicated well if there was a change in the service due to holidays or weather events or anything like that. We have moved out of the area and can't use them anymore but they are an outstanding waste/recycling service to use.

April 2026 update: my compliments to the skilled young man who served us today! I asked where he learned to back up and maneuver in tight spots and he told me that ‘they’ ( I think he meant Tyler perhaps?) had trained him well! I wholeheartedly agree! The Oakley team is professional, dependable and after 5-years, a true blessing in our lives. I’m totally satisfied and highly recommend this company.!

We’ve been with Oakley Sanitation for years and have had excellent service from day one. Their communication is excellent. They return calls or emails within the hour. If we miss a day they make a way to come back. Their pricing is fair. It is a very small town family owned feel and I’m happy to support them.
