My family moved out from the mainland and used Daniel as our realtor, and I simply cannot say enough great things about the experience. Daniel absolutely went above and beyond to help us out, as we purchased a higher-end home in Hawai'i, all while still living and working on the East Coast. We began the process sight unseen (except for the pictures, videos and facetimes from Daniel - sometimes daily but always plenty and of whatever we asked for) and are completely and totally satisfied with the process, and especially the help and hard work put in by Daniel and his team (and all the others involved). We couldn't have done it without him, and having him as a realtor, and now as a friend on the island make the experience that much more rewarding. Daniel Ulu....If you want the best real estate experience, either buying or selling, call him! Due to challenges in the market, it took us about 8 months to finally find our home. We submitted about 7-8 offers and 3-4 lottery entries. But Daniel was there every step of the way. Never giving up on us. Always stayed honest with us and was positive that we were gonna find the perfect one. Daniel was never pushy and understood our wants and needs which I believe is the most important thing in this whole process. He always had our best in mind!
