Very happy with the cleaning! I used the BBB to message a few services and chose OAB. The sales representative was really honest and straight forward about pricing. No extras added on the cleaning day. The gentleman that came out to clean was very professional and efficient. I highly recommend this company!

We have used this company at numerous properties and they always do an excellent job. Their staff are friendly, professional, and helpful from the scheduling all the way through to the completion of the job. They have always shown up on time and do their job efficiently. I would highly recommend them to others.

Had them come in short notice to clean carpets in a new rental. Great service, on time and the employee who showed up was very friendly. They cleaned the stairs as well even getting the toe kicks and edging that was carpeted. 10/10 highly recomend.

Pros: 1. Quick response to emergency situation; got an email, call and the office sent a technician to extract the water on Mon, the first business day after my email. The charge was $135 for emergency services during business hours. 2. I appreciate a free estimate was sent via email. 3. Karyn, was very flexible, agreed to one day extension and we rented the equipment for extra $155: $70/ 2 fans plus $85/ 1 humidifier Cons: 1. Leaving the fans on top of the carpet didn't help with drying, especially if the under layer is wet. Our carpet Installer came to check and removed the carpet under layer, because it was like a sponge, full of water, therefore the extra day we had to request and pay. 2. It was expected, but didn't get an expert advice from the technician in our emergency situation - he didn't tell us it's pointless to dry the carpet if the under layer is full of water after his "water extraction" services. 3. Our technician supposed to pick up the equipment in the afternoon of the 3rd day, but he came at 10 am. 4. The carpet was still wet in some areas, luckily not too much, and we found some spots were not removed after the steam cleaning!? Conclusion: Quality services and professional quality advice are extremely important, especially when customers are not experts in your area of expertise. Higher quality of the provided services is something the company could benefit from if the goal is to retain its customers.

We just had OAB in to clean our well lived in rental property and they did an amazing job. We couldn’t be happier with how clean they got the carpets. The technicians for both the carpet and furnace where on time and extremely polite and friendly. Would not hesitate to use them again!!

OAB Reliable Carpet and Furnace Care is an absolutely amazing company! I am blown away by the incredible job they perform. They have completed carpet cleaning and dryer vent cleaning at a number of properties that I cared for where I thought the carpet was a lost cause, but somehow they manage to make them look almost new. With a team of professional and knowledgeable staff at the ready, they are consistent and reliable for any work that has come up. Great customer service, tips and advice. I’ll be highly recommending your company!
