I stayed here in November. It was the most
Beautiful, idyllic setting to wake up to, complete with bubbling brook and forest trail with estuary views.
The facilities were also excellent and very clean.
Nyth Robin is only down the road from Aberdyfi which is the most picturesque seaside village (perhaps I’m biased as I grew up there!) but if you’re after white sand beaches and friendly people, it’s the place to be.
I cannot wait to return very soon. Thank you for making my stay a memorable one for all the right reasons!

Paid £370 for 3 nights here. Everything was great but then out of my control I came down with covid pretty badly. They re-let it same day but would only refund £180 as she had to ‘put a post on FB’ to re advertise ! Profiting from peoples downfall is disgraceful..

We’re sorry you and your family weren’t able to stay with us. We fully understand the difficulties covid is causing people when making their holiday booking, which is why we have booking terms that all guests agree to when making a booking. These clearly say bookings are only refunded in the event of a lock down or local travel restrictions.
Despite less than 24 hours’ notice of your cancellation, we were able to re-book some of the dates, so did offer a credit note for a future stay. When this was declined, we offered, and gave, a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. The value of this was determined by the total of the replacement booking and our time spent advertising & administering the new booking, not, as suggested, by an intention to profiteer from the situation.

We have just returned from another fantastic annual trip to Nyth Robin. Expectations were exceeded as usual, with the new upgrades to the Cosy Woodland Cabin providing an amazing outdoor kitchen and dining area even in the November climates.
A huge thank you again to the Nyth Robin team and we can't wait to return again soon!

I have stayed on quite a lot of sites in the uk, and Nyth Robin is a contender for top spot for peaceful getaway site. It’s a small site without a commercial feel to it. Various glamping options looked good, but I stayed in my van in the small campervan pitch (named “maple” for obvious reasons when you get there). This pitch is a private pitch nestled in trees and shrubs. There’s also two small terraces of pitches. There’s a pleasant woodland walk on site for dog walks, and plenty in the surrounding area. Toilets and showers were immaculate. Not sure what else anyone could ask for for a quiet weekend away. Will definitely return.

We stayed here last week for one night. We wished we had stayed here longer and not moved on to our next leg of the journey. We never arrived till 8.40 as we left Manchester later than thought on our first leg of our trip around wales. The site was lovely and and well lit when we arrived we found our pitch easy and set up quickly. When we woke we woke to beautiful surroundings and woodlands. The facility’s was lovely. The bathrooms and shower rooms was fabulous. And the kids & dog checked out all the other parts of the site while I organised breakfast. The local town is lovely and the lake near by is beautiful. Definitely recommended to people who love quirky and alternative. We definitely fit the vibe. But I don’t think anyone could find anything to dislike here.
Had 4 nights here in our touring caravan .The site is in a beautiful spot with Barmouth about an hour away. Shared showers and toilet block were immaculate . Owners extremely friendly . Nice little areas to walk the dog . A lovely place to stay.

An all round stunning place- very well maintained and I love the way everything built is repurposed. There is nothing whatsoever I can say that’s negative- you must stay here. I did 2 nights but I wish I had longer. The walks, the site and the area is just perfect. (I’m also very impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities)

Just the best place to be & the dome was exactly what we needed to immerse ourselves in nature & get away from it all for a couple of days. Beautifully appointed - Sadie & Grant have thought of everything you need & nothing that you don’t. We love Nyth Robin & will definitely be back x

Fabulous find. We had a great stay. Sadie made us very welcome. Site facilities very clean. Advertised as quirky which is a good description. Super Pizza on Saturday evening freshly cooked in their wood fired pizza oven. All the buildings have been built by themselves using their own timber. Looking forward to another visit.

Stayed one night only but wished it was more, such a wonderful site in the woodland, The toilets and showers were immaculate, and so tastefully designed. Was wonderful to sit out with a fire and watch the stars , . Owners were so friendly and helpful and added bonus of 12 o clock check out . We will definitely return soon .

Absolutely love staying I. Our camper at Nyth Robin . It’s a real back to nature place away from any hustle and bustle . The facilities are quirky but spotlessly clean , I love having a walk around the lake on site and a walk in the woodlands . Great for the dark skies and star watching at night . We loved that we had our own friendly little robin that would happily come within a foot of us !
We will definitely be back again !
