I visited Dr. Singhal’s practice seeking a second opinion, after a less than thorough examination by another GYN physician. I am so very glad I did!! The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating and assured me, even though their practice did not take my health insurance, that they would work with me to ensure the care I needed without worrying about an exorbitant bill. Dr Singhal knew what I had within minutes of our initial consultation and with confidence and reassurance explained what he would do for me surgically. I left feeling heard and secure in my decision to move forward with him towards my surgery. My surgical and post-surgical experiences have been remarkable! His kindness and explanation of all of my care put me at ease, during a very stressful time and the outcome was positive in every way! I would highly recommend Dr. Singhal for any gynecological needs/issues. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, professional and has a warm and caring demeanor. I couldn’t have asked for better! On February 26, 2026, I underwent a hysterectomy at Mount Sinai South Nassau, during which a 12-pound fibroid was successfully removed through a horizontal (bikini-line) incision. Dr Singhal is by far the best doctor we've ever been to. My daughter was having an issue and we have been to several doctors who could not have helped. I was running out of options when I came accross Dr Singhal's name on one of my google search! I was skeptical, I called his office, the girl who picked up was so so nice. After explaining our issue she told me that we were in the right place! Long story short, back in May Dr Singhal performed a small surgery which has fixed the entire issue my daughter was having! She's been good for a few years now and we owe it all to this amazing Dr. He truly is a God send.

I heard of Dr. Singhal through my physical therapist and then my mom who works in the dental field had a patient that was describing her symptoms to my mom, my mom goes “that sounds exactly what my daughter is going through” the patient then says who her doctor is and that I must go to Dr. Singhal, I took that as my sign having two different people mention his name. I still went even though I was already diagnosed with interstitial cystitis from a urologist. I was fatigued and living in pain everyday, I would say I don’t know how it’s possible, but every month I felt like I was getting worse. Dr. Singhal is very intelligent and has extensive experience and took the time to listen to everyone of my symptoms and even though my tests came back normal, he still believed in my pain. I had excision removal surgery and Dr. Singhal was successfully able to remove my endometriosis. Now since seeing Dr. Singhal, the treatment plan provided to me, I feel and see myself getting better and better each month. All of the staff at Dr. Singhal’s office are extremely nice and helpful people. On the first day I came here I got lost and one of the people from the front desk went outside and was waving their hand so I could see and be at the correct place. I CANNOT SAY THIS ENOUGH…..Dr. Singhal truly saved my life. I don’t know where I would be without Dr. Singhal and his incredible team.

I first saw Dr. Singhal in July, 2025. I was having a post menopausal issue and was I need of a new gynecologist. Truth be told, after always passing by his office in Patchogue, I checked out his website and was very impressed by the reviews. I literally hit the jackpot in seeing Dr. Singhal. He is an amazing doctor. His expertise, empathetic, and caring manner is unsurpassed. I believe he saved my life. I completely trust him and will continue to see him when necessary. I am writing a review on behalf of myself , this was the one of the best experiences and care I have ever received. I was told that I only have 3 fibroids, however Dr Singhal found 7 fibroids. I went into the office extremely scared because I didnt want to do surgery and left feeling confident that my surgery will go well and it did. Each nurse was extremely patient and the procedure was smooth. The pain level was a 6/10 the first week and by the second week I was up and moving around!. If I had to do it all over again which I hope I do not, I would choose this office. The entire staff was welcoming and amazing. This office is a blessing and the Doctor was top tier! Highly Recommended. Thank you so much for everything!

On June 16, 2025 I was diagnosed with Fibroids doing my regular annually check up at my previous GYN. She set me up to do MRI, ultrasounds etc. to confirm the sizing and amount of fibroids I had. When I went back to her for a follow up visit on July 2, 2025 she informed me the horrible news that I had over 13 fibroids and the sizes of them were huge to where I would have to get a Myomectomy. I was referred right to Dr.Singhal to proceed to do the surgery. On September 3, 2025 I went to meet with Dr.Singhal for the first time and entering his office all the front desk staffing were so warm and welcoming. Besides the ladies being so helpful I notice a chubby handsome fur baby (English bulldog) named George snoring and sleeping in his bed so peacefully in the receptionist area. Me being a dog mommy to a French bulldog I already knew I was going to love this Dr. for his great taste in breed of dogs 😁. I then meet with him he was warm, welcoming and well spoken as far as educating me further more about my procedure. We then setup up the surgery date ,getting clearance from the hospital and my PRIMARY care. His assistant Talia is an angel from heaven who works so fast and urgently on any disability paperwork/ Dr notes that needs to be filled out to make sure you are compensated. Normal Dr. offices tells you 5-7 days for paperwork but not Talia she takes it and you will receive it back in less than 1/2 hr. My surgery was schedule November 11,2025 (Veterans Day) at Good Samaritan Hospital. Surgery was a success thanks to Dr.Singhal, his wife Dr. Virginia and the staff of Good Sam. I feel much better with my menstrual cycle and I am healing very well especially the scar. If i knew anyone who needed this surgery I would recommend Dr.Singhal between him and his staffing they make you a priority. I’m so glad to have made him now my official GYN thank you guys Love Patrice 💙 (P.S I schedule my visits only when George is there 🤣)

Dr. Singhal was referred to me by my OBGYN Dr. Pillitteri after finding out I had an Ectopic Scar pregnancy. I unfortunately miscarried and when I went to the ER because of loss of blood and how badly my situation was I lost 3 pints of blood and had about 5 blood transfusions after blacking out. Dr. Singhal came to perform a laparoscopic and DnC on me, while repairing and saving my uterus. Thankfully due to his care, I survived and am grateful to go home to my husband and twin babies. It was a nightmare of an experience and the loss of our wanted baby was and still is a loss we’re trying to come to terms with but He saved my life and for that I am forever grateful. Dr. Singhal not only repaired my uterus but also rearranged my organs that were all intertwined and attached to my abdomen after my C-section delivery of my twins before him about 11months ago, and now while still recovering, a week and a half after this scare, I feel so much better physically. Dr. Singhal changed my life. After years of feeling so much pain every month, taking ao much Advil and diet changes; nothing seemed to work. My normal sent me for an MRI which confirmed adenomyosis. I sought an expert in endo/adeno and found Dr. Singhal. He had excellent reviews and I totally understand why. He listened to all my concerns, told me different routes I could take for pain management or surgery. He is thorough and my surgery went so well. The pain after surgery was less than my monthly pain. He is gentle and his office is clean. I am so glad I made the choice to have surgery. He reassured me I was not crazy and had adeno and endo! Anyone suffering with pain and discomfort should make an appointment with Dr. Singhal. I feel like a new person.

I had a surgery done by Dr. Singhal and he was amazing from start to finish. Amazing bedside manner and very informative. His staff is polite and answered all my questions even answered my emailed questions! The surgery was fine at Nassau Mount Sanai Hospital and the staff that worked with Dr. Singhal were wonderful! I saw Dr. Pankaj Singhal on the recommendation of my long-time ob/gyn, Dr. Michael Polcino, for a recurring endometrial issue. This time around I realized I had a difficult decision to make. Dr. Singhal is highly skilled in the procedure I selected, so I knew I was in excellent hands. I was 100% confident in Dr. Singhal and his team. Throughout the course of my care, I felt comfortable asking questions and in knowing he would take great care of me.
