Terrible experience due to lack of professionalism from the driver assigned to us. The vehicle was the correct model and size, and it was clean; however, the arrival was 2 hrs past the agreed time, and the driver failed to confirmed this to their base office which caused us additional hours charges. Additionally, the driver had little respect for the all-ladies group, as he made several side comments and showed dismissing facial expressions suggesting dislike for the latin group; he then turned out to be a pervert as he was caught filming a video (selfie-mode from the drivers seat) of the group as we were dancing and laughing for his pleasure and personal viewing. When confronted he said he liked the music and we asked him to delete the footage from the phone and the cloud. He played dumb and continue to be disrespectful towards all women in the group. We requested a full refund and asked for a formal apology which 1 month later is still pending. You’ve been warned…

This pickup was flawless. We had a CB pick up agent that grabbed us from baggage claim and he walked us to the driver waiting outside. Can’t recommend enough. Five stars!!!!
