I would book with NYC United Limo again in a heartbeat! I'm a local but had a family vacation in the city and needed to drop off my mother-in-law at Newark Airport but the traffic time and taxi rate seemed way too high so I looked into local car services for a flat rate. NYC United Limo had excellent reviews and the process was seamless from start to finish. I called to make the reservation for pickup at 6:30am and provided my payment information and while I was on the phone, received a detailed email with the price breakdown and pickup information. The associate helped me determine the right car size for what we needed. The level of detail was amazing and so helpful. I received email communication for each step of the process including the name of our driver. The driver texted us when he was there and he was early which was great! The car was clean and comfortable. I would recommend and book with them again in a heartbeat!

Get Gone Adventures 2026.10.09

We were looking for a comfortable and efficient way to get from our hotel in Newark to our cruise port and we found this company. Our driver, Jashan, was wonderful! On top of being supremely professional, helpful and courteous, he was able to accommodate our last minute earlier pickup. The car was in top-notch condition, very comfortable and we were able to relax, enjoy the views of the city while he calmly and capably worked his way through NYC traffic. We would highly recommend and will be using them as we visit the NYC area!

NYC United Limo is an EXCEPTIONAL company. When we are in NYC, this is the only limo company we use! From making the reservation to the arrival of our limo driver, their communication is EXCEPTIONAL, with full accounting of fees, confirmation, reminder emails before your scheduled date, then updates of the arrival of your driver and also information about your driver, license number. name, and phone number. When I told our last driver that I had broken my elbow, he insisted on carrying ALL of our (very heavy!) luggage to the hotel desk for us! Also, NYC United Limo has helped us out in the past when we were in a tough spot. Last year, we needed a pick up for one of our wedding guests that had missed the train. They went above and beyond to help us out and found a driver for us ASAP! So the customer services is unparalleled! They are easy to contact and very accessible if you have a problem. In addition, they are prompt, the drivers are very good drivers and very professional. Without hesitation, we would highly recommend NYC United Limo. It is a 5-star company, for sure!
