It's that time of year so Sila Heating & Cooling sent me service representative Tyquan Raines to check my heating system, change the filters, and help me understand the new thermostat software. Tyquan was on time, extremely competent, and very polite. He is the only service representative who has ever turned off the lights when leaving the room where he had done maintenance. He conducted the maintenance on the two systems, and he patiently took the time to show me how to set my thermostats so I don't have to do it manually every day and evening. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Tyquan!!!

We had a water heater installed by Astacio last month and it stopped working a few times. Robert Clarke was able to fix the issue that two other technicians couldn’t resolve. He was patient, courteous, and a complete professional. He also took the time to explain what he did and what was wrong with the equipment which was helpful. Highly recommend Robert - Astacio is lucky to have him.
