Both trips from the airport to the hotel and back were great experiences. Our driver's were there to meet us at the designated times. They reached out via text about an hour prior to get the exact location. They were nice and professional. Highly recommend.

Reliable service
Overall they did a good job. Our flight was delayed and I notified the dispatcher immediately with that information. The original driver, Bianca, didn’t seem to know the flight was delayed and proceeded to have an absolute melt down that we were late. I have never had a driver that blamed me for the delay, her language was outrageous. We used this service for the remainder of our stay in Manhattan and they did a good job. They were always on time and reliable.
We used the NYC State Limo service for our arrival pick up from and return trip to LaGuardia airport. It was the smoothest process and the cars were very nice. Drivers were so respectful and gracious to us all. We will for sure use the service again and encourage anyone to consider them- it truly makes for a much more pleasant travel!

our reservation wasn't last min! you were an hour late! no one should ever trust your business practices or service!!!! most unprofessional company my family has ever dealt with! reviews are soooo important because I would never want anyone to experience your inferior services.
Very easy to work with. Both trips they were on time or early. Great communication. I had to adjust my trip twice due to issues out of my control and both times they were responsive and easy to work with. They responded within minutes.

Professional, reliable, on time pick up when it matters most - airport pick up and drop off during the holidays. Luxury SUVs were large and clean. The team was very responsive when I confirmed our pick up the day of travel. I would use NYC State Limo again!
