Great job overall! The team was very thorough and cleaned everything I asked for. The only thing was that they finished a bit quicker than I expected, so I had to point out a few missed spots. They happily fixed it, and now my place looks amazing. Will definitely book again.

I am so impressed with the work done to clean my apartment! I really liked the scheduling process. I knew exactly what I wanted cleaned and could identify that during scheduling. I would highly recommend them!

Sophia did a great job, and she made sure to consistently clean the entire place (we ordered a deep cleaning) until everything was complete. This was my first time with NY Cleaning Wizards, and I can’t recommend them enough!

I’m not sure if all these 5 star reviews are real or fake. We booked the service, which they only allow you to do through an internet form that looks scammy as heck. No one contacted us for the entire time from when we booked it to an hour before the service. At that point we cancelled.
We called the number repeatedly. Emailed them. No response. And the status in the scammy website said “pending” the entire time. Answer the phone!! I wasn’t going to travel an hour to wait for a cleaning service in a new home to be potentially blown off. Terrible.
Very good job, thoroughly done. Kind & timely.

Loved the care and detail that was given to my home. I have used other cleaning companies and these guys are by far the best. They also love pets and that’s a plus !
