Our oven broke the night before we were hosting a big dinner. Russell came in the early afternoon, diagnosed the problem, ruled out a potentially larger issue, and then replaced the broken part efficiently so that our oven was back up and running in time for our guests. He saved the day!

The person on the phone was knowledgeable and was able to quote a price right away. The fee for evaluation was reasonable and included in the repair price. The tech called to let us know he was coming and in how long, ❤️had shoe covers!!❤️, explained what he was doing, even helped clean a part when he saw me struggling, and was done pretty quickly.

The guy was super knowledgeable, polite, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Turned out to be a faulty igniter module (something I definitely couldn't have fixed myself). He had the parts with him, fixed everything in under 30 mins
