I just had my final dress fitting today and couldn’t have been more happy with the outcome. The alterations team did a wonderful job making my dream come to life and had many helpful suggestions on the way. Viktoria did a fantastic job with my custom alterations. The end result was perfect and all of us were excited and I loved that they shared my excitement about the ideas I had and the end result. Wedding dress shopping and alterations can be stressful but with a team this experienced it felt like a breeze.
My experience at New York bride, Charlotte NC was outstanding. I worked with Kathy and Savannah, multiple visits.
Together, they listened and took the time to work with me on pulling dresses and asking important questions that helped me greatly in the decision process.

I loved this place! I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for but Sarah was an absolute gem to help me figure it out. I looked through all of the dresses and she helped pick out some for me that she thought I would like. She helped me narrow down my choices and ultimately find THE ONE. Thank you Sarah!
Im also pregnant so I was a little worried about finding something I would like, but Sarah helped me to understand how sizing would work. When I bought the dress, the wedding was only about 2 months away so I was worried about it being ready in time. Having alterations done there was a tremendous help!
I highly recommend this place!

I had the pleasure of visiting NYB&G for my first bridal appointment and was initially kind of nervous because I didn’t exactly know what I wanted, however, Kiera (sorry if I butchered your name) helped me find my exact style!! She was very observant to my thoughts and feelings on every style. Although I did find my ‘one’ at another store, I would recommend this store to anyone!! I’m a plus size bride (size 24), and I was also late to start dress shopping—I had no idea how long it could actually take to get a dress in, and my wedding is only three months away! 😬 What I thought was going to be an incredibly stressful experience ended up being so much fun and surprisingly easy, all thanks to the amazing staff here.
My stylist, Sarah, was absolutely incredible. She has the BEST eye for style and immediately knew how to help me find a dress that not only looked beautiful, but made me feel great and complimented my body. She was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable about all of the dresses and options available in the store.
Sarah also went above and beyond to help arrange rush shipping for my dress. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and willing to work with me to make sure my dress could be ready in time for my wedding. I truly cannot thank them enough for making what could have been a very stressful experience such a positive and exciting one.

My experience at New York Bride and Groom was phenomenal! This was my first stop for dress shopping and I spent 4 hours there trying on all different types of dresses until finding the one. Raven was so very friendly and knowledgeable and knew how to make me feel comfortable and narrow down my style when I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for walking into the store! Sara was also a tremendous help throughout our time there, knowing just which way to go based on my answers/feelings about other dresses. I would recommend this place ten times over to anyone needing to find the perfect dress. I never once felt rushed and they were very invested in making sure the final dress was really the one!
