Our family has had 3 cars wheels powder coated here, soon to be 4, and they have all came out perfect. Team is great with communication, price transparency, meeting completion estimates and overall quality of work. Would recommend.
I just don't get why the folks here are so dang functional. Why are they always so professional, prompt, knowledgeable and consistent? They keep doing consistently good quality work and provide rational advice. They even communicate well when they fall a little behind during the busy season. I can't even get them to charge me for a tire puncture repair! They don't even make fun of me when I forget my wheel lugs at home. I'll just have to keep coming back here season after season, year after year, as long as Cooper and Dylan and the rest of the crew keep working here. That might take some pay raises, why not? Solid, high quality business. I appreciate the great service.

Tire light came on, stopped in to NW wheel & tire after my automotive shop recommended them! Not only was it almost 5pm, but Dylan was great and checked all my tires, and didn’t make me feel like I was inconveniencing him.
Will be back when I need my next set of tires!

I have a 2024 Toyota 4Runner With a 3 inch lift kit on it. Runs great drive straight but my steering wheel is always a little bit off center. happened to be on vacation in bend Oregon and decided to give this shop a try. they fix my steering wheel and alignment is so dialed and I’m getting better gas mileage. These guys are the real deal 100% recommend them.

Just an update on this previous review:
The only thing better than 1 set of new tires from NW Wheel and tire is 2 sets. If you are in central oregon and you are buying tires anywhere other than here you are missing out.
Awesome local tire and suspension shop. NW Wheel helped us out with snow tire swaps, a suspension upgrade, and general maintenance for several years. They were transparent, professional, and super collaborative as we discussed options for our Tacoma camper setup. Cooper was patient and knowledgeable in talking through options for upgrades.
We’ll miss these guys after we move, and I would highly recommend for any automotive needs.

I always come to NW Wheel and Tire for summer/winter tire swap for our Tesla. Today they helped me with a flat tire. They got me in and fixed it so fast I hardly had a chance to blink! They are so kind, thorough and the best!!
Northwest Wheel & Tire is amazing! With all the road construction, I’ve had three flat tires in six months, and each time they’ve taken great care of me. The road hazard warranty has been a lifesaver, but what really stands out is Kyler and Tanner. They’re kind, knowledgeable, and make everything quick and stress-free. It’s rare to find a team that consistently goes above and beyond, but they truly do. I always feel valued and well taken care of. Highly recommend for honest, reliable service!
I brought my 1956 Chevy Bel Air custom rims in with the clear coating damaged. The guys at NW Wheel recommended having my rims polished. The wheels came back looking fantastic. As a final touch, Austin powder coated the spokes and hubs to match the car color (black). The wheels now look so much better than they did before. Thanks again NW Wheel & Tire for doing a phenomenal job. I highly recommend NW Wheel & Tire.
