Had to get 2 trees removed. Juan was able to work with us on the price and meet our requested schedule. Alex and his crew were the technicians that showed up for the 2 day job. They all did a great job and were very efficient. They were also mindful of not damaging turf that was installed by one of the trees.
Will definitely use again.
Eddy and Miguel were very professional and efficient. They did an amazing job, and took special care to work around some plants that surrounded one of the palm trees. I'd highly recommend Natural Wonders!

Reasons for the 5 ⭐️:
• Certified Arborist, Juan gave us an accurate estimate for the work. He also suggested a natural style of pruning that kept the canopy shape for the Ficus and shape for our other tree/shrub.
• Elmer who headed a crew of 5 were timely, quick, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. It was around 4.5 hours to complete everything.
• Natural Wonders Trees were very impressive with all the vehicles (crane, wood chipper...etc.), tools and road signage that they brought and set up.
The only slight hiccup was the scheduled appointment had to be moved out by a day. Fatima was very helpful and understanding at our frustrations when-we had to pivot and readjust our time and efforts for another day.
This is our second time around in using Natural Wonders Trees Inc. and will continue to do so in the future. 🌳🌲🌈

Very disappointed. Cut trees and took them out, a few months later, they grow up in the same spot, I called them to come and fix this and they didn’t do anything. Looking to charge me for it and didn’t give me any warranty about their job.
Very bad service after spending thousands of dollars and not getting the job done correctly from the beginning and not taking care of it after I call them.

Hi Christian, thanks for your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear you were disappointed, but I want to provide some context for others reading this. The original work was completed in June 2024, and at the time, everything was reviewed and approved. Your family was happy with the job, and payment was made without issue. We didn’t hear any concerns until almost a year later. On Monday morning, we received a call from Mr. David Dowell, and we responded immediately — visiting the property the same day to assess the concern. I met with Mr. Dowell and explained that the sprouts were coming from root sections located between retaining walls and fencing, areas that were physically inaccessible during the original work. He understood and agreed that it wasn’t something our crew could have removed without causing structural damage. I also showed him how easy it would be to address the issue now and mentioned I would’ve done it right then if I had brought the proper tool. We always aim to be responsive and take pride in our work, even long after a job is done. While we respect your right to leave a review, this one doesn’t reflect the level of effort, professionalism, and service we’ve consistently provided.
