John and Chris were both excellent. I had a problem with the receiver in my gas fireplace. John quickly diagnosed the problem and returned with Chris to replace the faulty part. They even cleaned the fireplace. Very pleased

Our gas fireplace wouldn’t start, so we called Northwest Metalcraft. John was the tech who came to our house. He was exceptional! Not only did he fix our problem. But he cleaned the fireplace so that it looked brand new. What a really nice guy!
