We came in at the end of the season last year and had a great experience but decided to wait so we wouldn’t have to just pack up our brand-new patio furniture for the winter. When we went in today, we were greeted with no wait. And, when we mentioned it was Roy that helped us last year, Mike was quick to support both his colleague and ensure we had a good experience by connecting us - despite losing a potential commission for himself.
Surprisingly, Roy remembered us and this time we ended up buying the swiveling Adirondack chairs we looked at last year. They’re not only comfy and durable, but also eco-friendly; made from recycled plastic sourced from post-consumer waste right here in Illinois - which we love!
Roy was an absolute gem, guiding us through our options and making the process enjoyable. He gave us ample alone time to debate and when we were considering end tables, he carried them down a flight so we could try them with the chairs.

Big 5 stars for Nothwest Metalcraft Fireplace! We wanted to get gas logs and remote conrol for our new fireplace so we went to their showroom for info. Owner, Dan was super helpful and knowledgeable and helped us choose just the right set. Two days later, Chris and John came to install. They were extremely careful to keep the process super clean for us (as we have small dogs that eat anything left on the floor). Fast, reliable, and less than 40 minutes later, we have a beautiful complete setup! Highly recommend!!

We had a great experience with Northwest Metalcraft Fireplace & Patio in Arlington Heights. From start to finish, their team made the process of converting our gas-start wood-burning fireplace into a gas fireplace with ceramic logs simple and stress-free.
Mike was extremely helpful and knowledgeable while guiding us through the selection process. He took the time to explain the different conversion kit options and accessories, helping us choose the setup that would work best for our fireplace and how we planned to use it.
When it came time for installation, Tom and Cody were excellent. They arrived right on time, were professional throughout the job, and worked efficiently to complete the conversion. They even handled a stubborn stuck key valve without letting it slow them down, which we really appreciated. Before leaving, they made sure I was comfortable operating the fireplace. They demonstrated how to turn it on and off, then had me do it myself while they watched to ensure I understood the process and could operate it safely.
We love the finished result. The new gas fireplace with ceramic logs looks great and has been incredibly convenient to use. We ended up using it frequently during this snowy and cold winter, and it’s made our living space much cozier.
Overall, we’re very happy with the entire experience and would highly recommend Northwest Metalcraft Fireplace & Patio to anyone considering a fireplace upgrade or conversion.
