We had previously used another company to install and service our gas insert fireplace and repeatedly had negative experiences with them. Our first experience with NW Metalcraft was awesome. They were very professional with scheduling and John who came out for service was extremely professional/ knowledgeable and able to fix the problem with our fireplace in just a few minutes.

We have a Lillehammer gas stove in our bedroom, that was not working properly. John took one look and said spider nest. He worked diligently and cleaned the entire stove. The service call price was given upfront and was honored.

Our gas fireplace wouldn’t start, so we called Northwest Metalcraft. John was the tech who came to our house. He was exceptional! Not only did he fix our problem. But he cleaned the fireplace so that it looked brand new. What a really nice guy!

I have used Northwest for service of my fireplace every 2 years for at least 8 years and this is the first time that the service person has vacuumed and clean the glass.A job well done.
