Would rate a negative star if I could.
Booked a clean before a party and they canceled. Couldn’t find someone last minute. Fine.
Rescheduled for after the weekend and they no showed. A manager is never available to talk to. I was given a gift card and honestly think they already have the payment and not holding up to their end of the deal.

They called to make it right, offered a free cleaning, now they are saying only a $50 credit. The management here is STEALING YOUR MONEY. Please please use independent cleaners.
We did have a gal come, she was nice so it’s not like the people they are hiring it’s their fault, it’s awful management. I will say they didn’t mop or wash the floors and missed the bathroom sink.
Just have never in my life experienced such a horrific company. Shame on you. I can’t imagine how they treat their employees if they treat their customers the way they do.
Keishi did an amazing job. They were punctual, quick, and everything is sparkling! Crystal also came a couple of weeks ago and also did a wonderful job and left my place looking clean and smelling great. I appreciate the help from everyone! Going to school and working makes it hard to keep up with everything, so NW Maids has been a life saver!

If I could give this company negative star, I would. They were booked to do move in/out deep cleaning plus inside of cabinets yesterday between 8-10 in a vacant townhouse. Well they showed up late at 11:25. I came back today to check on their work. They missed cleaning an entire bathroom, inside of microwave and oven, inside of cabinets. Poor job in cleaning windows and mirrors ( leaving cleaning mark on them) . And that's not the worst part!
They took a shark vacuum, stepping stool, paints, as well as many cleaning supplies that I had left in the garage. They tampered with my garage door which wouldn't open. Wasted an entire day of mine. Do yourself a favor and stay away, specially if you are in a time crunch.
