We ended up changing our plans entirely and not making the big move in the way we initially planned, and one regret is that meant that we didn't get to work with Northwest Grace Moving. Matt, his wife, and the office manager Angela...were all so incredibly professional and give you such a comfortable feeling, like you're in really good hands! They were generous with their time to come out in person to give a quote and they jumped through hoops to see if they could still help us out with our revised plan to only move very few things and cross-country. Based on what we experienced, they'd be my first choice when we do make the big move.

I’ve used Northwest Grace moving a handful of times over the past few years. Recently had a situation where a TV was damaged, not only did they listen and respond, but the owner of the company dropped off a brand new upgraded TV From what I originally had. These guys are top-notch and operate a business with integrity, which is rare in the moving industry. I’ll continue to use them into the future.

Northwest Moving is by far the best moving company around. We’ve used them on several occasions. Mostly moving our daughter to college, then moving her back after graduation. They also helped my son load a moving truck of stuff he still had at home after college. These guys are also perfect for just moving heavy furniture, couches, beds, chairs around your home. My wife is very picky and was anxious about moving and since I selected NW Grace, my anxiety level was also heightened. We had a wonderful experience moving from a NE apartment to a newly remodeled home (with newly installed wood floors) home on the coast. Thoughtful, courteous and just nice people worked diligently to pack, drive 2 hours and then unpack. Not only was my wife please with the experience but I was able to take credit for selecting them. Ian and the crew were absolutely wonderful in moving our workplace of 48 years from our old building to the new space. They were considerate, careful, and good-natured with an overwhelming and seemingly endless task. Matt, who gave us the original estimate, and Angie, who scheduled the move were also wonderful. Grateful for their availability. Not so much about the price. I was not aware that packing up boxes is the same cost per hour as doing the actual move. I'll read the fine print next time. $59.60 for 2 used wardrobe boxes. Desperation has a cost. (This is my protest) Update, I did get a phone message from one of the owners, and they did sound very interested in what happened. It sounds like they do care and I'll give them Grace with 5 stars for listening and caring. Again, I'm grateful for their availability,. I just didn't anticipate the same rates for packing as moving.

We’ve been in our home 42 years. Too much high-maintenance property and increasingly too many stairs prompted us to list our house. 4 days later it had sold. NW Grace Movers was recommended to move our things to storage. Casey, Cody, and Andrew showed up precisely at the scheduled time. They did a quick survey of what had to be moved and then went to work. They worked with unity, practiced efficiency and careful handling. By the time the last piece was loaded on the truck Casey mentioned that we may need to rent an additional space. Not what we had anticipated. But through careful and creative stacking, shifting, and rearranging, everything fit perfectly. As Casey remarked, “It’s like a puzzle in our minds to make the pieces fit.” These guys are master puzzle solvers! When we find our new home, our first call will be to NW GRACE MOVERS. We can’t praise them enough. Bottom line - they are excellent!!

Matt (the owner)is an awesome guy. I had some rotten luck trying to getting my 79 el camino to start at a Fred Meyer fuel station. He ran over and helped me push the car to try and bump start to no success, then he helped me push it to a spot to work on. He continued to help by trying to jump start the car (which also didn’t work)lol. He told me of multiple car part stores that were close, and lent me a bunch of tools he had with him! After acquiring my parts and working on my car, he later came back to check on me as I was wrapping up. Matt is a super friendly, trusting individual that doesn’t mind taking time to make sure others succeed. I appreciate that greatly, and is rarely seen in todays world anymore. Keep being you Matt! You’re a good person, and I wish you all the success you earn! Thanks again my friend!

We just used Northwest Grace moving yesterday. They moved us from Gladstone to Molalla. Our movers were Dylan, Jason and Andrew. Let me just say how impressed we are. They did an amazing job and make sure to take extra care of our things. This was our first time using a moving company. We have always done it ourselves. I have heard so many horror stories about movers. I asked on my Facebook page who people recommend and everyone said Northwest Grace Moving. I can see why you come so highly recommended! The guys were so nice and they wanted to make sure that they put things where we wanted them. It was the best idea ever to hire you guys! If we move again we will definitely use your company! I will recommend you to everyone I know who is looking for movers! If I could give the guys 10 stars I would they were really great!!
