Suzanne Clem is the worst person I have ever meet with. I was never given a list of the required documents. She literally ran me out of her office because I did not have all the information she required. Please beware of using this company. 😡

I would advise you to be kind and gentle to your new clients. Give a list of expectations and do not talk down to or berate people who need your help.

So sad to learn about accounting offices having bad reviews. We cannot trust people anymore nowadays. All they do is charge us too much money and made us pay a lot in our taxes. I hope Vancouver will do background checks before they let people open business and do service to people.

There was a lady name Laila, she was awesome, but one of the old lady was so rude and I felt she was racist, her face, mimics, body language says she is not happy to see me in her office, I find our Laila is not with them anymore, I wonder why?

Laila was a delight to have here for the tax season when she worked here several years ago. We were sad to see her leave and hope that she has been successful in her with decision.

For years we calculated and filed our own taxes but as they became more complicated we searched out a preparer. Susan at NW Accounting & Tax Service Inc. was recommended to us. Initially we had some very complicated items that required considerable research. Susan was very gracious about the additional work and time needed.
