We chose this business because it was conveniently located, and our initial interaction was welcoming and professional. Unfortunately, that positive first impression did not last. After paying nearly $1,000 and scheduling what we believed was a confirmed appointment, we later found out that no such appointment was ever actually booked. Due to their lack of communication and follow-through, we missed critical deadlines—especially concerning the ERC, which we’ve never received a clear explanation about. Despite multiple attempts to follow up—both by phone and stopping by in person during posted business hours—we’ve found the office consistently closed or unreachable. Our taxes remain incomplete, and we’ve had no option but to move forward elsewhere. At this point, we feel taken advantage of and are extremely disappointed. We are hoping the business will do the right thing and issue a refund for services that were never properly delivered

This very reliable business is in a better organized, more multi-faceted phase, and I continue to find Janelle's yearly tax help as clear and do-able as ever. I don't mind paying for her knowledge, rather using AARP. She explains ways to arrange tax payments clearly, and sets up a schedule so that both you and the IRS are on the same page.

Have been a customer for over 5 years and this past year they have raised their fees and the on-line portal took a month for return to be completed. Also, no estimate or notice of increased fees were given until return was completed. We cannot afford the fees and will have to look elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback, and for being a client over the past five years. Like many businesses, our costs have risen along with the costs of goods and services across the board. While we truly wish we could keep our prices the same each year, economic factors make that difficult. In addition, your return this year was more complex than in previous years, which also contributed to the increase. That said, we work hard to ensure our fees remain extremely competitive for the area.
