Kevin, glad we could get out to you that same night at 9. Sounds like the other company left you in a rough spot. Jordan was out there fast and took it from there.

Glad it went well, Christian. Springs do all the heavy lifting on a door, so that was the right thing to sort out.

The service went smooth, very productive and professional. Communication was excellent and i got a really good deal on my new motor. Thanks again! Highly recommended. I take back my recommendation. When I tried to reach out to them for warranty work, the lady who answers the phone pretends that I was not in the system. As you can see from my earlier comment that I was in the system. Then when I called several more times after that, she just hangs up. Now, it was a great install but terrible warranty work. My garage door motor stopped working almost a year after installing a new motor.
