We worked with Kenny well over a year and even when we were unsure on where we wanted to move or what exactly we wanted to do, he was always right there every step of the way. He never gave up on us. He always gave us great advice and took our questions seriously. He helped us find our second home and sell our first house with no problems! We appreciate Kenny and will definitely look forward to working with him in the future if need be and we will always recommend him! Thanks so much Kenny!

Kenny and I must have looked at 20+ properties and homes over the last year. Throughout the process I was pretty inconsistent with the locations and price range of houses I wanted to see but he remained committed to viewing every house/property I was interested in. He always gave his honest opinion and provided good insight when he saw red flags. I never felt pressured and grew to really appreciate his professionalism and experience in the industry.

Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Kenny always helped with coordinating showings, providing market insights, and ultimately negotiating a deal that worked for me during my recent home sale. I highly recommend and will use again.

We had an exceptional experience with Kenny Hunt at Nuvilla Realty. During our recent home remodel, Kenny's insightful suggestions not only enhanced the value of our home, but also made it incredibly marketable. His recommendations were spot-on and the referrals to trustworthy contractors resulted in outstanding work. Grateful for Kenny's expertise and professionalism.

Choosing Kenny as our realtor was hands down the best decision we could have made. He made the entire process as stress free as possible from start to finish. My grandfather is elderly (not tech savvy and has no email). To say Kenny went above and beyond to assist in every way possible is an understatement. I don't know of another realtor that would travel over an hour one way to get a document signed. He is beyond knowledgeable and was extremely responsive. It was an absolute pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend Nuvilla Realty to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Houston area. Thanks again, Kenny!

Kenny did a great job getting my property sold and helped me purchase another property using a 1031 exchange. He also went out of his way to explain and make sure that I understood all of the paperwork along the way. Would highly recommend!

Parker was very helpful through out our entire process of listing and selling our home. He would go the extra mile to help us whenever we needed anything. There were several occasions when he would put our dog in his kennel for us so someone could look around in the backyard without our dog wanting to play ball with then! Parker goes the extra mile. We would use him again if we were going to list our home.

We loved working with Kenny! He did a great job helping us find our perfect home. We began looking for homes in October and finally closed on our home in July. We ended up building a custom home and he helped us through that entire process. He is very knowledgeable and was very prompt at replying to texts, phone calls, and emails. I highly recommend Kenny and Nuvilla!
