Been on Nutrition Solutions since August. All I can say is it is worth every dollar. When I looked around at all the companies I chose this because it was organic and it took all the thinking out of it. The meals come and I don't have to waste any time picking out 15-25 different meals.
When initially deciding there were cheaper options but after trying this food I'm so pleased. It comes 1x a week and is always on time. The customer service actually speaks English and adds personal touches which is pretty cool.
Don't wait and don't go for cheaper options. Spend the money and join the army!
Thank you for taking the time to share this! We love hearing that Nutrition Solutions has taken the guesswork out of your week and made staying consistent easier without sacrificing quality.
It means a lot that you chose us after comparing other options and that you’ve seen the value in the food, reliability, and personal level of service from our team. That is exactly the experience we want every client to have.
And we love the “join the army” line. 💪🏼🔥
Thank you for trusting Nutrition Solutions and for being part of the Nutrition Solutions family.

Nutrition Solutions has honestly been a game changer for my fitness journey! Between work, training, and a busy schedule, having fresh, high-quality meals already prepared makes staying consistent with my nutrition so much easier. The meals are packed with protein, the portions are satisfying, and most importantly, the food actually tastes GOOD. There’s plenty of variety, so I never feel like I’m eating the same boring “meal prep” every day. Whether I’m focused on leaning out, fueling my workouts, or simply staying on track, Nutrition Solutions takes the guesswork out of it. Great food, great quality, and incredible convenience. If you’re serious about your fitness goals but still want to enjoy what you eat, I definitely recommend them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thank you for such an incredible review! We love hearing that Nutrition Solutions is helping you stay consistent even with a demanding schedule between work, training, and everything else life throws at you.
Making nutrition easier without sacrificing quality, protein, variety, or flavor is exactly what we’re here to do. Knowing the meals are helping you fuel your workouts, stay on track, and actually enjoy what you’re eating means a lot to our entire team.
We truly appreciate your recommendation and the trust you place in us. Keep crushing your goals! 💪🏼🔥

I’ve wanted a meal delivery service for years, and couldn’t get myself to pull the trigger on any. I didn’t trust the ingredients, worried about iffy meat quality, and needed it to be both clean and high in protein. So I saw nutrition solutions on TikTok (shoutout HigherupWellness) and pulled the trigger for one order and instantly cancelled to prevent auto renewal out of skepticism. Let me tell you after one meal, I pressed resume. Yes, it is a tad pricier than other options out there but the value in the food quality, both literally and taste wise, is BEYOND worth it.
I’m a guy who ate a pound of GF ground beef + Greek yogurt daily for years, so variety at this level without sacrificing clean eating (and spending zero time cooking) is a luxury I don’t think I can ever go back on now.
Also, the customer service from this company is probably the best I’ve ever seen. Andy helped me through multiple issues caused by bad shipping handling, and responded at lightning speed while compensating issues without me even ASKING for anything.
I said it to Andy over email, but they’ve earned a long term customer, coming from someone who was exceptionally resistant to finally try a meal prep service. Deserves more than 5 stars, and most certainly deserves the trust of anyone who cares about what their putting in their body 💪
Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. Knowing you came in skeptical and that it only took one meal for you to hit resume means a lot to us. We put a huge amount of intention into the quality of our ingredients, the protein, the flavor, and making sure you never have to choose between eating clean and actually enjoying your food.
We also really appreciate you recognizing Andy. The way he stepped up and took care of the shipping issues is exactly the level of service we want every client to experience. We will absolutely make sure he sees your shoutout.
Earning your trust and hearing that we have earned a long term customer is one of the best compliments we could receive. And shoutout to HigherUpWellness for connecting you with us! 💪🏼
Thank you for trusting Nutrition Solutions with something as important as what you put into your body. Thank you for being part of the Nutrition Solutions family.

Lets start with the positive mostly delicious, nutrient dense food quality ingredients.
The low stars is when i ordered my meals i ordered based off the menu i saw but i didnt get that weeks menu so right off the bad highly disappointed i was looking forward to the elk mac and cheese.
The menu i got i would have omitted one of the meals but i didnt see that menu so i was completely blindsided. That meal i did jeat and eat but it was way over salted and i did let them know. I dont think itvwas intentional but rather the cheese made it extra salty.
The other reason is they are very fast at wanting your money that the price i paid $190 in 3 days tbey wanted it again for the next weeks menu the one i thought i was ordering.
Price wise its hit or miss but knowing the quality of ingredients is there its worth it.
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We truly appreciate your kind words about the quality of our ingredients and the nutrient dense meals we provide.
We also appreciate you bringing the menu experience, seasoning feedback, and billing timing to our attention. We completely understand how expecting one menu and receiving another could impact your experience, especially when there were specific meals you were looking forward to. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to take a closer look at those areas and continue improving the experience we provide.
We’re grateful that you recognize the quality and intention behind our food, and we appreciate you giving Nutrition Solutions the opportunity to be part of your health journey.
