I can’t get a hold of CUSTOMER SERVICE this number is fake annd doesn’t work every time I called the number they asked me for a number key. I paid $164 deal as a new “client” today and they were trying to bill me $190.0 3days after I already paid $164. I can’t even see when my meals will ship or arrive so there’s NO TRACKING - I canceled my membership right away because it’s already suspicious….I didn’t want to get billed twice so fast. I’m wondering if I will still get my meals that I already paid for?????? I canceled because yelp reviews said that they got billed three days after they already paid — they tried skipping like I was trying to do and STILL GOT BILLED TWICE .. so I just canceled the same day I paid as a new client… Sketchy business. I feel like i just lost money

Food is delicious and a legit source of protein. I am a travel MRI Tech that trains jiujitsu and am over 40. I’m very conscious of my macros. I was previously meal prepping. Let me tell you why I stopped: going to the food store, going BACK to the food store when I forgot something, cooking 15 meals for the week, cleaning my kitchen, packing up and transporting 15 meals, and cleaning 15 containers. Is this meal service cheap? No. It isn’t unreasonable. Look at your grocery receipts and compare. Think of all the food waste. If you are serious about your protein goals, then let’s be serious about our meal prep.
I’ve had a great experience with Nutrition Solutions so far. The meals arrive fresh, well-packaged, and the quality of the ingredients stands out compared to many other meal prep services I’ve tried. You can tell they focus on clean, balanced nutrition without sacrificing taste.
The portion sizes are solid, especially for anyone focused on fitness, performance, or just eating healthier without the hassle of meal prep. The convenience factor is huge—having ready-to-go meals that actually taste good makes staying on track much easier.
Customer service and presentation have also been excellent, and the overall branding/messaging gives a very motivating, high-performance feel. If you’re looking for a premium meal prep service with quality ingredients and fitness-focused meals, I definitely recommend giving them a try.
My only area for improvement would be the logistics/shipping side, as that process could use a little refinement for a smoother overall experience. That said, the quality of the food itself has been excellent and definitely makes up for it.
Four weeks now and down 8 lbs, but the truth is that it’s not about the numbers dropping on the scale. It’s how I feel, not bloated or sluggish, as well as my overall increased energy.
I’m extremely pleased with the quality, flavor, and variety of the meals. And, when that sweet tooth awakens, I know that NS has me covered with an amazing, high protein, and guilt-free dessert.
The customer service is quick to respond and happy to help. They are second to none!!
The 6 week training program is brutal and unforgiving. It will make you sore and miserable, but somehow I return to the gym every day for more abuse.

Heart age went down from 52 to 49
From a 20 minute mile to 12:40 mile on treadmill
Went from no runs to one run to 3x a week.

From being able to do 7 push ups to 37 push ups in one minute (max for my age on Air Force Fitness test)
From 45 to 50 and over the last year especially I went from consistently getting 98% on my Air Force fitness tests and doing sprint triathlons for a challenge to being at the bottom of the fitness mountain with clinical exhaustion, horrible blood test results, and some other negative diagnostic results that make training and moving difficult. I did almost no training for a year and a half.
I knew I had to change my horrible diet and have had nutrition solutions on my radar since I saw Adam Copeland aka Edge talking about it years ago. I am a huge wrestling fan and was interested but still was skeptical if this would work for me.

I’ve tried a LOT of meal prep companies, and convenience is huge for me with my busy schedule. I’m currently on week 4 with this company and wow — I’ve loved them since day one.
