I got very sick last year and ended up losing a lot of weight and as a result a lot of hair. Started taking these once I got better to work on getting it back and wow!! Few months went by and the difference was amazing. Barely shed any in the shower or ever really either !! The growth is amazing! I tried other products and none worked anywhere near as well as this did!! Thank you very much !!

Works but wow the price
I have been taking this for a while and have seen some improvement. But my subscription price went up almost $20/month. That at least a 25% increase. Not sure if I will continue. Also they send in a glass bottle and now offer a refill in a bag for the amazing savings of about $0.02. I guess the heavy glass every month vs two bags every 2 months totals 2 cents?

Be aware of the side effects
I'm glad it has worked for so many people. I don't know if it would have worked for me and I don't want to find out. With my first dose I got abnormal heart palpitations, nauseas, all the symptoms of a panic attack. When I went back to Amazon to check the reviews I realized I'm not the only one that had to deal with the side effects, it took about 24 hrs for the side effects to be fully gone. My advice: read the ingredients and amounts, and ask your doctor first before taking it.

BEWARE OF LIVER FAILURE
I took this supplement for exactly 4 days before I started feeling a sharp pain in my upper right abdominal quadrant right where the liver is. I thought I was going crazy until my dermatologist said it has been recently linked to liver failure which would explain everything. I stopped and the pain went away. Beware of this as it can happen to you!!!

I been debating on taking these for a while and finally decided to give it a try. (In my healthy journey)I only been taking this for about 2 weeks and what I DID notice is that my hair doesn't fall out anymore while showering ! I used to have chunks come out which had me concerned although I'm not balding lol I'm positive this will do wonders in about 2-3 months like these other reviews. I am happy i finally bought these.I Do split the pills intake since its 4 a day . I take 2 after lunch and 2 after dinner.

I started taking nutrafol almost a year ago when I noticed bald spots and thinning post pregnancy. At that time I started taking the post-partum formula but have since switched to this formula. All I can say is WOW. Within a month my bald spots were filled in. My hair is naturally very fine and flat, prone to breakage. Since taking nutrafol, my hair is noticeably thicker, stronger, more voluminous. This stuff is the real deal.

Absolutely works, but Cheaper on their website
Firstly, this product is like $9 cheaper on their website (I get mine there). This product REALLY works. I was losing clumps of hair for like a month due to my Hashimotos Thyroiditis and decided on these. It took 3 months for it to start working, but now I barely even shed hair. I will never be without them. The photos are from before nutrafol and about 3 months in. Now I'm like 6 months in and I only shed like 5 strands when I'm in the shower (i only wash my hair every 3 or 4 days. Something to note: It takes at least 3 months to start working, so give it time. And now that I'm 6 months in, its gotten even better. Oh, I'm in perimenopause (age 38) and I take the one for older women. Works great. One thing I haven't noticed is new hair growth. I don't think it is making my hair thicker or longer (more than my normal growth). It just stops it from shedding. Hope this helps somebody.

Consult with your doctor - hair grows but could affect liver
I got blood work done and my liver enzymes were through the roof and other numbers where dangerously high as well. I got an ultrasound of my liver, kidney, gallbladder and they saw nothing. Waited 6 months, got new bloodwork and numbers are still dangerously high. Sees GI doc and she says “ I have seen many cases with a Nutrafol being the culprit to liver damage.” I told her I was taking it to grow my hair and would never have thought that was the culprit. But after doing research, my own journey with health was the same as others taking Nutrafol and liver/liver enzymes issues. My bloodwork has always come back normal before I started taking it so my doc told me to stop taking it and in a month recheck my bloodwork to do the process of elimination. Just something good to know about the product to consult with your doctor.

First Day Trying them!
I just started taking these today 01/08/25, it says to take with a meal so I take it with my morning protein shakes now. I fried the front of my hair off really bad trying to go blonde 🤦🏾♀️. I got a silk press and a rebleach on 12/13/24 and got all my dead ends cut off so the picture up top is my new growth from then to now which is about 1 inch per month. I’ll keep updating over time.

Severe bloating, nausea, and stomach cramping
I had to stop taking Nutrafol. I did notice right away after taking the supplement made my hair seem fluffier, and promoted some new hair growth after one month. It was after taking Nutrafol for about 5 weeks I started experiencing bloating, nausea, severe stomach cramping, and constipation. I was so sick I thought it was a stomach bug, and I didn’t think it was Nutrafol at first because I had been taking for several weeks with no issue. On further research I see now my symptoms were common side effects of too much Bioten and harmfully high levels of other ingredients in Nutrafol. I think the product could help minimally with hair growth, but not worth how much sickness it made me feel. I wish I had read more bad reviews before I took Nutrafol and I have seen other similar side effects in others reviews now. After 48 hours of going off the supplement I felt my gut was back to normal. Really horrible side effects be careful.

LIVER ENZYMES HIGH
This is not necessarily a negative review but it IS a warning. I am not the only one that had ALARMINGLY high liver enzymes while taking this for a month. Once I stopped Nutrafol, my enzymes returned to normal. I googled this and found many others with this side effect. Be careful please and monitor your blood work if you decide to take it.

Love what this has done for my hair
I have curly hair and i constantly straighten. Ive had broken off hair since i can remember. 6 months of taking this coupled with a good hair cut has led my hair to be all one length. This works well on African American hair. Adversely im growing lots of pube hair but nothing a good waxing cant fix
