First time here for a massage and can’t fault the experience! Joy was amazing - knowledgeable and very professional. I work 12 hour shifts sitting down and do lots of weight lifting in the gym - my body was in serious need of a massage. The staff are all lovely and the environment is clean and calming. Hope to be back soon ☺️

I have used this establishment a couple of times now and it is very clean and presentable. Kate the person whom attended to my massage is a credit to this massage parlour. She is very professional and excellent at her role and helped me a lot with neck and back pain. Well worth visiting this place if you need help with pain relief and wellbeing. I booked a Thai massage at No 2 Thai Massage but the masseur didn’t know how to do a Thai massage ! I booked and paid for 90 minutes but it was over in 60 minutes. She just didn’t care other than take the money I cannot recommend this place

According to our booking records, an appointment was scheduled at No.1 Thai Massage for a 4:00pm Full-Body Escape treatment (60-minute Thai Oil Massage and 30-minute Foot Massage). Unfortunately, the customer did not arrive at our premises, and our team attempted to make contact by phone and text message at the time of the booking.

As no treatment was carried out by our therapists, there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the shop location. Our team always aims to provide professional Thai massage services in Newcastle upon Tyne with care and attention to every client.
