Right from our first meeting with Nicholas (sales rep), we had such a positive experience with the Nu-Face staff. Leo and his team did a beautiful job siding “this old house”. They were respectful of our property, cleaning up the yard after each day’s work. Jenn, Ted, Jade and other office staff responded quickly to any questions we had. The work was beautiful and customer service was outstanding.
Had my roof, fascia, and gutters redone. Everything was completed within a week even in face of weather difficulties. Nu-Face would not leave me hanging unless I felt 100% satisfied and stated that if anything ever happens they respect their warranties and are a call away. Thank you, Danny, Ramon, Jennifer, Tiago, everyone I spoke to from the office, and the Gutter Crew.
Anew roof was put on .They did a great job and clean up beautifully. Mark Quiterio was a great sale representing. Jennifer damboise was great to help us with everything. Danny and crew work very efficiently and clean up well. Tina kept me informed with everything. Joe and Anthony call me also.

We had our siding and windows done by Nu Face years ago. I am very happy we chose them. I called because we had an issue with our window. Scott came out quickly to fix it and checked on other things on the spot. Their customer service is exceptional and Scott has always been easy to communicate with. We are so happy we chose them!

Peter was our initial contact with this company. He is also the reason we went with this bathroom remodel. He explained everything to a tee and his kindness and professionalism was like no other salesperson we have ever dealt with over our 40 plus years in this house.

From the moment I contacted Nu-Face, the experience from beginning to end was wonderful. I needed 3 good sized windows replaced. Price was very reasonable for the quality of work and most importantly, the job was done on a mobile home. Several firms that I contacted prior to learning about Nu-Face would not even consider the project. With Nu-Face, there were no questions asked, just the willingness to get the work done to my satisfaction. I will most certainly use them again.
My recent project involved a new front door installation, both a storm door and front door, perfect installation but we had a little issue that involved a small crack in the frame, so I contacted Nu-face and they immediately set me up for repair which involved a whole new installation of the frame and a new storm door adjuster. Scott and Ramon were the service techs. The full attention that they gave was unlike any home improvement situation I've dealt with before. They literally re-installed the whole door, just to fix those minor issues. This speaks volumes of these techs and of the Nu-Face firm. Thank you. If anyone needs one reason to consider them for Home Improvement, this is certainly it. Quality care before, during and after!

I would advise caution in considering Nu-Face Home Improvements. They were one of three estimates that my partner and I obtained for consideration in carrying out our siding replacement. I will compliment the sales pitch; it did make me feel like we were going to have a decent experience. Following that initial meeting in August which included a request for some specialty work, this being molding, an eyebrow pergola installation from a kit, and a Larson storm door, all assured could be carried out by their team and to be performed at agreed-upon costs, we moved forward with Nu-Face. The projected start date was the transition between October and November… they began the first week of December. During the sales pitch, since they would be going over the existing siding, we were told it would be a couple of weeks. There would be days that the construction team would be comprised of one or two people. There was no foreman, just the crew. Thankfully, my partner works from home and was able to take on that role. If he had not, with no one intermittently and briefly surveying the construction team, it would have resulted in wasted materials and time lost (for example, when siding was placed over designated lighting locations and molding, which had to then be removed). When the skeleton crew was reported, and there was a concern that the project would disrupt the holiday that we were hosting, these concerns were dismissed. We were again assured the project would be finished before Christmas— it was completed the Friday after, and only because they made the door opening too small for the storm door purchased, they were told they could go. When it came time to install the eyebrow pergola, which again was discussed well before construction began, the team was then suddenly unsure of how to install it. They also agreed to install new exterior lighting; two are hanging precariously with the internal components exposed. Pictures provided show that a scrap piece of wood was used to install one of the light boxes. When I was examining the lights, one of the screws had been electrified; a voltage gauge demonstrated a low current. They also brought in an electrician to review the lights before the city did. At some point during that process, the aluminum window trim was dented. As the project was finishing up, I noticed some of the siding that was installed was scratched. When I asked if the team could replace those pieces, I did find it interesting that no one had to ask me where they were. In some areas, the molding was cut around corners, while in others it was bent, impacting the vinyl pigment at the seam. They also missed trimming out the garage side entrance threshold. Pictures provided show that an approx. 6 months post-completion, a siding panel is already falling off. I have used heavy duty double sided tape to hold it in place. They also “under-sided” (I believe that’s the word) for the garage windows but did not on the house, im not sure if this is why that stretch is falling off. They also nailed a window shut.
I had a storm door installed today, it looks great!! Very happy with results.

I referred my neighbor should they need any home improvement. Great company!!

I had to have a complete front door, with sidelights, replaced. From my first meeting with Chris to EVERYONE along the way, each person was professional, courteous and friendly. I was kept informed throughout the entire process and even accommodated with my install date. The carpenter team arrived as scheduled and on time. The door install was done in a few hours and my home was left clean, nothing for me to do. I will definitely call them again and I definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services (large or small).

STAY AWAY. Had a consultation for my full house of windows. Sales representative was pushy and very demeaning towards me when I asked questions. Never have felt so uncomfortable in my own home. I’m very new to this process as I’m a new homeowner and I’m now putting my project on hold until I have better Information moving forward. After my appointment they even asked for a review which was unbelievable so here it is!
Wonderful! Answered my questions and got a great quote.
