Unfortunately, I need to update this review, as the running toilet issue was not fixed correctly, and the issue still exists. Jimmy diagnosed the issue as needed new gasket and he replaced it, however it didn't solve the issue when I contacted him letting him know that the issue is not resolved, he said he would be in touch next week. Obviously, I cant wait a week having a running toilet, I hired another pro and issue was resolved, when I contacted Jimmy asking for refund for part of the service that he failed to fix, he was "disappointed". I guess we customers are responsible for incorrect diagnosis, and if the pro fixes something that he things would resolve the issue, yet it doesn't.
