I recently had my CCTV system installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final setup, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and highly efficient. Gavin was so quick on an emergency call out . My alarm system from elsewhere suddenly had a malfunction and won't stop sounding. He was quick friendly and professional and sorted the issue out straightaway. Definitely recommend him 5 🌟

I needed an intercom system for my brother who has disabilities.Contacted Gavin, he talked me through the various systems and gave me an approx price based on a similar system he had fitted recently.
He arranged a site visit and advised me the cost of the job would be less. Job completed on the day suggested .
Gavin was great communicating with both me and my brother . I live in Northern Ireland so it was great I could trust someone to carry out the job. No money asked for until the job was complete.
Great service would not hesitate to recommend.

I hired Gavin Timlin of North Shore Security in April 2024 to install CCTV security cameras, an Intruder Alarm system
and video doorbell at my personal residence in Trebanos, South Wales.
Even though Gavin was practically fully booked, he managed to fit me in at times that was convenient for me on two
separate occasions. He first installed the CCTV security cameras and then the Intruder Alarm system and video doorbell.
On each occasion, Gavin turned up promptly at the scheduled time with a winning attitude and with a smile on his face.
Even though the installation was somewhat challenging (due to the height and size of the house), Gavin accomplished
each task effortlessly. Moreover, he was very easy to work with while remaining upbeat, friendly and professional.
After installation, Gavin set up the appropriate software to control the systems on my computer and cell phone and was
thorough in explaining the use of the software. The systems and related software have worked perfectly since installation.
At my request, Gavin has visited the property in person to fine-tune the systems willingly and without delay. Furthermore,
on those occasions that I have had questions, Gavin has responded promptly via phone calls, emails and texts.
I can unequivocally recommend Gavin if you require a security system or alarm system installed at your premises.

I was a bit reluctant about having CCTV fitted to my new property as I didn’t want unsightly cables everywhere but a neighbour highly recommended this company, I’m so glad because the service provided has been exceptional. Excellent communication from the start, Gavin explained how the system would work and how it would be installed. The system has been fitted and is looking and working great, no cables in sight and cameras blended in to the outside of the building. A professional job at a reasonable price, I highly recommend this company.
