We had a great experience with No Problem Heating and Cooling! My AC went out, and they were able to get me scheduled quickly after I called. They came out, figured out what was wrong, and explained my options without being pushy about selling me anything.
I ended up repairing my current AC but when it’s time to replace it, I’ll definitely be calling No Problem again. They also told me about their air purification systems, and with my allergies, I decided to have one installed. I’m really looking forward to having cleaner air in the house.

My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. When our AC unit failed, we were told the entire system needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, the problems only multiplied after the installation.
During the replacement, the technicians turned off our water heater and failed to reconnect it before leaving. As a result, they had to return the following day just to correct that oversight. The very next week, the blower on the newly installed unit failed and had to be replaced as well. While addressing that issue, we informed the technician that the thermostat was still displaying an error message. Rather than properly investigating the problem, we were told it was “no big deal,” and the technician left. The AC system still was not functioning correctly, forcing us to contact the company yet again and schedule another service visit.
At this point, this company has been to my home seven separate times because of incomplete work, poor workmanship, or issues that should have been resolved during previous visits. What should have been a straightforward AC replacement turned into weeks of frustration, inconvenience, and repeated service calls.
I rarely leave reviews because I understand that mistakes can happen and everyone has an off day. However, the pattern of problems, lack of attention to detail, and failure to resolve issues the first time make it impossible for me to recommend this company. Whether the problem is incompetence, lack of quality control, or simply a lack of concern for their customers, the result has been the same: unacceptable service.
If you are considering hiring this company, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. Save yourself the time, stress, and endless headaches that my family has experienced.
I do not recommend this service. The person who came out was unprofessional and wouldn’t even leave his name. He tried to charge $681 before even contacting the warranty I have. Left wires loose and did not follow up as he said he would. Use at your own risk.
Casey and Donna both worked so hard to get our air conditioner working and back to normal. I cannot tell you how much it meant to my husband and I. When Casey walked into our home, it was almost 90 degrees, and thanks to both of them - less than 12 hours later - it was a perfect temperature. Even while experiencing a heat wave, our air conditioner works perfectly! THANKS TO DONNA for arranging his crazy busy schedule to fit us in as an emergency and THANKS TO CASEY, for his knowledge and expertise on how to fix the problem in less than an hour. From the very first interaction to the last interaction with the technicians. All was great! They beat every price in the city for a new HVAC system: furnace and ac unit. Thank you Ryan in the finance department for emailing back n forth to get things settled. And the two techs that came thank you for your patience while we got everything situated with the bank. I will refer you guys to everyone.
No Problenlm Heating and Cooling ate wonderful people to deal with. They show up when they say they will be there and Drew was very knowledgeable about my situation and gave me some great advice. I will continue to use them and refer them to my clients.
