Mixed customer service. Have worked with them for a bit over a year. Customer service is great over e-mail, but nobody answers the phone. The listed phone number doesn't appear to be manned. Reps don't respond to requests for calls or meetings either and only communicate via e-mail, which can make resolving urgent issues frustrating and impactful to business. If your business is fast-moving, I suggest you go elsewhere.

Drae (Business Development Manager) has been outstanding from day one, always proactive, always reachable, and the first to jump in when anything needs fixing. He’s genuinely supported the business beyond the basics too, even ordering product to back the launch which says a lot.
Robin (Head of Customer Service & Client Onboarding) and Russell (Head of Victoria Warehouse) are both sharp and reliable, getting things done quickly and keeping operations moving. Robin is especially informative and consistently follows up fast. Judy (VA) has been amazing throughout the entire onboarding process, running multiple trainings and making sure I’m fully confident across all systems.
