I take Pilates and Dumbbell Dance with Coach Erika every week, and I look forward to it every time. Her classes are the perfect mix of challenging and fun. I definitely recommend them for all fitness levels!

I’ve been training the most with Jaz and he’s been amazing. Really takes the time to teach proper form, flexible with scheduling and gives alot of helpful tips for both working out and stretching. Highly recommend to anyone in the Riverside area!
