İki hafta önce döndük belgrad dan.havaalanından teslim aldık aracı ve havaalanında da teslim ettik.depozitoyu arabaya bile bakmadan hemen geri verdiler.ıvan gayet ilgiliydi, sorularımıza net ve çok kibar bir şekilde sabırla cevap verdi.bizim unuttuğumuz şeyleride kendisi söyleyip açıkladı. Hangi araba üzerinde anlaştıysak o geldi.hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. Harika bir deneyimdi.gayet güvenilir. Çok teşekkür ederim Nova rent a cara.
единственная контора, в которой нам подобрали машину буквально за неделю до даты, большое человеческое спасибо. машина была чистой, в хорошем состоянии, рено сценик - в России такой не видел, оказалась достаточно комфортной. мне, как водителю, понравилась, пассажир тоже была довольна посадкой в кресле. понравилось как аккуратно в Сербии и Боснии водители ездят за рулем. смело рекомендую))

“NOVA” is the best car rental I’ve ever seen! A conveniently located office in New Belgrade and at Nikola Tesla Airport.
I’ve used their services several times, both for short trips and long ones, and I’ve been very satisfied. These guys made my vacation wonderful: fast, friendly, clear, and with the highest level of service. I was constantly supported — prompt answers, advice, a car replacement with an upgrade in category, excellent vehicle quality, and pleasant prices. The terms are really good.
Recent car were a joy — a Toyota electric car with automatic transmission: an angel and a tiger! Toyota corolla was also super - our trip to Zlatibor in heavy snowfall was more comfortable and safety that I could imagine.
Highly recommended, and whenever I’m in Belgrade - only with you.

From start to finish, our experience with Nova Rent was absolutely flawless. Milan first arranged the car for us, making the booking process smooth and straightforward. Upon our arrival, Miloš met us right at the airport to drop off the car, and when it was time to leave, Andrija was there to pick it up—both incredibly punctual and professional.
The customer service was excellent, communication was quick and clear, and the pricing was fair with no hidden surprises. This was by far the easiest and most stress-free rental transaction I’ve ever had.
