I scheduled automatic gate repair in Calabasas because our Viking opener kept reversing for no apparent reason. Avi came out, checked the sensors, and showed me how they'd gotten misaligned. After he adjusted and recalibrated everything the gate started working normally again. He tested it a bunch of times before leaving which I appreciated.

We called for intercom repair in Glendale after our Hikvision system completely lost audio. Like nothing, total silence. Ben looked at it and found the internal speaker had failed. Since the whole unit was already pretty outdated he gave us the choice to either repair it or just upgrade to something newer. We went with the upgrade and it works so much better honestly.

Called Novak Doors And Gates for gate opener repair in Encino after our All-O-Matic opener started making this horrible grinding sound. Kevin popped the motor open right there and actually showed me the worn down parts, which was cool because normally these guys just say "yep it's broken" and charge you. He got everything replaced and then messed with the settings a bit so it won't wear down as quick next time. Gate runs quiet now. Big difference from before.

My wife and I needed intercom installation in Woodland Hills because our old one was basically useless at that point. Constant static, couldn't hear anyone half the time. Jonah came out and took a look and was pretty upfront that repairing it wasn't going to be worth the money long term. He suggested an Akuvox intercom that would work with our existing wiring which was nice since we didn't have to redo anything. Clean install, walked us through the mobile access and video stuff. Huge upgrade from what we had before.

I called Novak Doors And Gates for automatic gate repair in Tarzana because my LiftMaster opener kept stopping halfway every single time. Avi came out and didn't rush anything, he went through the whole system piece by piece. So apparently one of the safety sensors had been going in and out, which is why the gate kept randomly stopping on us. He put a new sensor in, recalibrated the whole thing, then ran the gate open and closed like ten times just to be sure. That was honestly a few weeks back now and zero problems since. Way more reliable now.
