Nova Construction Pro Reviews

This last completed project was the third large project which was completed by Nova Construction Pro for us. We had significant work in our crawl space which included, amongst other things, 17 joists, a masonry lintel, and floor repairs. The second was a French drain for our flooding back yard. Most recently it was wall and ceiling structural and cosmetic repairs. I do not hesitate to call Ram every time I need work done because I know it will be done well and priced reasonably. Every time things were discovered which ware not planned for or else things were not as bad as we guessed when the estimate was made, as tends to happen when opening up walls and floors, and always the project scope and cost was reasonably amended. This is one of the primary reasons I like working with Ram. I trust that things will get satisfactorily resolved by the conclusion of the project and I have been happy with the result every time.

NOVA Construction Pro redone my deck and built a new patio and wall for my hot tub. The job was impeccable from start to finish to include communication with Ram and his team, timeliness, and finished product. Will definitely be using them again for future home projects.

I would not hesitate to recommend use if this company. I contracted them to resurface my front concrete stairs and rebuild a stone garden retainer wall. I chose them after comparing proposals with several other companies. They were most responsive and professional, came in with the best price and performed the job within schedule and budget. Quality of workmanship at completion was great!

These pictures prove Ram did NOT finish my project and was paid for work he did not complete. Ram's non resident, non English speaking workers presented me invoices via Ram, which included drinking water for the workers, PPE and tools. These are all things they should bring themselves and not expect the customer to pay for (unless you're ignorant and gullible) and it was obvious Ram did not review these invoices before giving them to me. If Ram did review them and gave them to me anyway....shame on you Ram. A disastrous nightmare of an experience with NCP. Avoid them at all cost!!!

These pictures showing damages and unfinished work by NCP on my project, is proof Ram will leave you hanging. Oh it's smiles and giggles at first, but when Ram doesn't get his way, he'll stab you in the back. Do NOT do business with this contractor!

I choose this business on Yelp's recommendation and from the commencement of work , expectations were not met and infringement on my good Christian nature was taken advantage of.

After signing a contract with NCP in July 2020, they left my project 90% done and NEVER returned to finish it! They illegally put a mechanics lien on my house claiming I owed over $11k more than I did. This action breached their own contract because it bypassed arbitration by 3rd party. A judge ruled for arbitration and after 2 years waiting for this absurd mechanics lien to be released, arbitration found that NCP's math was WRONG and I finally got the mechanics lien released!!! Ram Nabar proved he can not keep good records or hire reliable employees, since his workers were caught drinking on my site, damaging my personal property and will blame you for things that go wrong. I am a disabled US Navy veteran and he will take advantage of you starting at the first meeting. DO NOT USE this contractor or anything to do with Ram Nabar! If you ask him about this post, contact me as well, as I have all the proof. Look for a different contractor!!!
