I had a very disappointing experience with this office regarding my 8-year-old daughter’s dental care. During her first cavity filling, after being numbed, she could still feel the entire procedure and became extremely upset and had a panic attack. The dentist showed little compassion or support during a very traumatic moment for a child.
A couple of months later, we returned for her cleaning and were told she needed another filling on the exact same tooth. When we came back for that procedure, my daughter was understandably anxious because of her previous experience. Instead of showing patience and reassurance, the dentist became visibly impatient, stated he had other patients, got up, walked out, and said he “can’t do this.”
My daughter was left crying and even asked if the dentist was mad at her. No child should ever be made to feel that way—especially in a pediatric dental office where compassion, patience, and understanding should be the standard. This office completely failed to provide the care and support a child needs during a stressful procedure. I would not recommend this practice to families with children who need gentle, patient dental care.

My older son goes to this dentist for ortho, but after the experience we had today with my 7 year old getting 6 baby teeth extracted and not feeling a single thing.. we will be coming to the regular dentist at this location too. This whole office is amazing.

I am very disappointed with the lack of transparency at this clinic. I was aware that my child would be getting only a bitewing X-ray, and I agreed to that. However, they went ahead and performed additional preventive-care X-rays without informing me that these extra images would cost significantly more.
Afterward, they told me, “We already told you we were doing X-rays, so there should be no problem.” This is not acceptable. Saying “X-rays” in general does not give parents a clear understanding of what types of X-rays will be done or how much they will cost.
If a procedure is billable and more expensive, the clinic must explain exactly what they plan to do and the cost before doing it. This did not happen, and now I am stuck with unexpected charges.
Parents deserve honest communication and upfront pricing. This experience has really damaged my trust in this clinic.

We took our newborn to Dr. Warcup a year ago to correct our daughter's potential oral ties. Multiple people had suggested the procedure to us but we just didn't have a peace about it. Dr. Warcup was so thorough in examining her and then took a lot of time to explain that he didn't feel it was the best decision. Rather than doing the procedure to make a profit, he gave us his honest opinion, parent to parent. For the last year, every time we drive by his office we talk about how thankful we are that he was honest and kind. A year removed, we feel strongly that Dr. Warcup was totally correct in that decision and we are so thankful he had her best interest in mind!
This is our first experience with dentist for our littles. The front ladies, both are very nice to let us make appointment on the time (yes. We are lucky!). The office is really nice and clean. They look pretty busy too. Then go to the process with Dr. Ahmed. He explained all of our (first parents experience) questions and patiently make it details for us and all of our options for next actions. We will comeback! Thank you

Dr. Warcup is by far the best dentist! We had a traumatic experience with my oldest when he was 2 years old. He made sure he was comfortable and every visit after that they take special time for him to get warmed up. Then today we took our one year old for his Lip tie fix and it was a breeze!
