A hearty 5 thumbs up for this classy outfit! Bo and his crew are so easy to work with. They came with great ideas and were open to mine. They started and ended the job in the projected time frame and cleaned up afterward each day. I can honestly say that out of all the contractors and workers I've ever dealt with over the years, North Texas Luxury Lawns & Greens towers over the rest. You will want to FIND an excuse to work with them!

NTLLG completed turf project in our side yard which included a putting green. We could not be happier with the results. Sam Lianthong was our project lead and Sam did a great job communicating through completion. Sam and team also connected us with a number of excellent subcontractors for additional work we needed/wanted to complete before the turf was laid. 10/10 experience and would recommend to anyone.

****Update****a few years later after the install, unbeknownst to us this company laid turf over my sprinkler valve. The valve went bad and had to get it replaced. The sprinkler repair company charged me an extra 100 to locate it. I am not asking for my additional cost, I am only asking Bo to come out and repair 3x3 turf area that had to be pulled to make the valve repair. Bo said I would have to pay $500 for turf maintenance for them to repair it. BEWARE....UNBELIEVEABLE!

**** updated May 13th 2025 **** We originally gave them 5 stars. But after over a month we’ve decreased the stars due to the fact that the promise to clean up the area after installation has still yet to be done. We live in a newly developed neighborhood and construction workers use the drainage ditches as passages to properties. It was agreed by Bo and Erick to remove the mound that was created after work was done in order to allow the water to flow throughout my neighborhood. As of today they have yet to complete their promise to me. Now I’m faced with possible fines and backlash from my HOA. Recommend you ensure all promises are met because once they received their money I doubt they cared. I’ve spoke to BO several times via text and email with no headway as to when it will be fixed. I keep getting “it will be taken care of”. Now we have to take matters into our own hands because this is ridiculous. —————————— **** ORIGINAL POST **** Wow! We are amazed and happy to have chosen north Texas luxury lawns and greens. The customer service from Bo was amazing! He was informative and helpful in making my decision on a 20x30 putting green that I could putt on and chip to. His team worked on this piece of art for three days to ensure I was not only satisfied but the job was done right. He also gave me a tee box for free! Just for my service to the country. Couldn’t be more happier to have chosen them for my green! I will be back when I’m ready to expand further.

Eric, we did get everything fixed that your concrete guys said they would fix. I did pay those guys out of my pocket to take care of it and they assured me it would be done. We are sorry that happened and know in the future to do things ourselves VS rely on someone else. Lesson learned for us, thanks

I used North Texas Luxury Lawns and Greens to install the turf in my backyard because they were the most knowledgeable about Texas soil and how to care for the turf. Their plan for my yard was easy to understand and the installers were fantastic, timely and very professional. My dogs even like it and i love no more muddy paws. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to install turf in their yard.

Adam Cantu was awesome to work with — he had great insight for the design that we wouldn’t have thought of on our own. Overall the process was extremely simple, fast and the final result is incredible. 10/10 recommend.

Repeat customer here. Bo and Jason were so easy to work with and extremely accommodating. I had some turf put in 4 years ago and recently decided to expand. They were able to match the existing turf and make it look seamless. This is a great company for artificial turf. I highly recommend them.

Great company to work with from start to finish! Jason came out the next day after i called for a quote and we got the quote in about 5 hours! The crew showed up on the day of install on time, placed extra dirt in some areas of our yard for us and cleaned up after themselves ! Wouid highly recommend them!

My wife was very reluctant to replace our natural grass with artificial turf. Donny with North Texas Luxury Lawn came out to show us our options. He was very professional and the products he brought as samples look as close to real as possible. After one year of no muddy paws, we are so pleased with the turf in our courtyard. It's so easy to take care of and really makes it easy to maintain a great looking lawn year round. And our dog loves it! I've referred Donny and this company to multiple friends and they are as pleased with the results as we are. Great company and great products.
